I Love Gadgets: This burger press does exactly what I need - I put the balled up burger meat in the pan, I apply some force, I wiggle it a bit and voila (!), I now have a nice flat burger patty cooking away.
Cleaning is nice and easy, it's small enough to shove in a drawer when not needed, and the handle is sturdy and doesn't feel like it's going to break from pressure being applied. Nice one.
