I purchased this without reading the reviews. My mistake there. This is a thin metal box with a door on front. There is not even a proper safe hinge. It IS NOT fireproof or waterproof. A used microwave with a hasp bolted on front would be 10x more secure than this safe. DONT buy this piece of garbage. In addition, the sentry safes are also junk. Watch the YouTube video. They can be opened with a magnet in less than 3 seconds. You’re better off with the old school Sentry unit that has no electronics. Those are secure, heavy, waterproof and fireproof.

I decided to invest in a small safe to keep important documents and some cash stored away for an emergency situation .
This safe is absolutely perfect! I consider a terrific value!
It’s got a very high-quality look and feel to it, solid and durable build.
Very easy to program, The instructions are extremely clear and easy to follow.
As far as the box goes it’s a basic safe, durable grain finished metal.
but the electronics are on the high end side.
The perfect size so I can grab it quickly if need be.
it fits perfectly in the blind space of the corner kitchen cabinet.
Overall extremely pleased with this purchase!
totally surpassed my expectations.
Highly recommend it!
