A Singing Wolf: 2 sets of stairs + 2 rooms of carpet + 2 large dogs = We need a carpet cleaner!
I really like that this vacuum is designed for pet owners and already comes with the starter solution. One bottle was more than enough to get through our entire townhome and it is simple to reorder refill solution on Amazon when we need it.
It is not the quietest or lightest vacuum though and you will find it can be tricky to use on carpeted stairs even with the hose. However, it does do a powerful job of removing pet stains and grime. I advise wearing earplugs or noise cancelling headphones while running this because it is fairly loud on the ears while working with it up close.
Our dogs live indoors and even though we wipe their feet after coming inside, just that amount of traffic, dander, slobber, etc really starts to add up. We've also had a few accidents when they felt sick so this was a lifesaver to have on hand to clean those unsightly, smelly spots.
The carpets dry really quickly - especially if you have a fan/AC circulating the air - and they smell/feel so fresh afterwards. It is time consuming but definitely worth it.
I see this as a must have investment for...

Abby De Hoop: I was nervous how this would work since it is all plastic. However, I was very impressed. I've had 3 carpet cleaners, and this was the best carpet cleaner we have owned.

Arielle: I am so happy that I purchased this carpet shampooer, it worked really well on my carpet (living room and bedroom). It was able to get out deep, dark stains that had seeped down into the carpet over the past 4 years that I’ve lived in this apartment. Mine came with the paws and claws sample solution, which worked really well. And then, my full size products were used the next day for another “coat.” My carpet looks brand new, and I definitely plan to use this shampooer probably at least once every 6 months.
