Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Nice, small, inexpensive upright carpet cleaner. Works well. The cord is the twisty kind that kinks up despite your best efforts. Have to stretch it out to use it every time.

CeeCee: You have to fill the tank multiple times when cleaning a room but it does a great job. I have owned this for a year now and just recently cleaned all my carpets and there are hardly any stains left.

I have 3 large dogs (one just had a litter of puppies that went to their new homes) and 2 toddlers. My carpets look almost brand new after cleaning them. You should have seen them 🤮. Our house is about 900sq ft and all carpet except the bathroom and kitchen. I would prefer a larger water tank but it did a great job. Just takes a little bit longer because I am filling the tank and emptying the dirty water about a third of way through each room.

Research how to properly clean carpets. Vaccum thoroughly. Pretreat any stubborn stains. Do not over saturate carpet as this makes the carpet pad wet and the settled will absorb into the carpet thus pulling up stains. Do a couple extra passes over the stubborn stains. Less is really more. I thought I would have to clean my carpets multiple times due to how bad they were but they cleaned up excellent!

Geneviève LeeGeneviève Lee: This is pretty easy to use and does appear to work pretty well (see my before & after rug photos and the surprisingly filthy 😬 water). I have multiple big dogs, so my rugs take quite a beating. I used this to clean one of my 8x10 rugs. It took some time and a few water refills & changes, but I could tell a difference for sure. This would probably be best for smaller spot type cleaning as opposed to doing whole rooms.

Ashley P.Ashley P.: Update- 7/19/22
After months of regular use, and another rescue pup added, I decided to update my review.

Our Jindo pup Luna Bear, is not at all potty trained (she’s a rescue from a Korean dog meat farm). While we are working on doing outdoor business, she will not use puppy pads inside and will urinate all love our area rugs. This machine gets used at least 2-3x a week and we use our Little Green machine for spot cleaning in between.

There are a few things that drive me nuts, but I still don’t regret this purchase. One being the leaking issue. I’m glad I have the mat, but I have to drag it around with me or work my way back and micky mouse my way back while simultaneously tilting the vacuum back a bit while turning it off so as to keep from leaking nastiness back on the rug.

I always have to mop afterwards cause the leaking is inevitable- causing more work for me.

The other issue is suction power. It’s not the worst, but after a deep clean I have to press down on the unit to suck up more rug juice. I also have to annoyingly flip my rug over to get all the stuff that didn’t get soaked up. My area rug is a 10x8, it takes me a good two hours...
