JennB: It cleaned well. As with anything some places require more attention. It’s handy for quick jobs but seems to run out of solution before I like. However, it is for small areas. Clean up is a little iffy cleaning the hose part but really not to bad just a little time consuming; that’s the case if you like something well taken care of. I would recommend buying to a friend.

I inherited a rambunctious puppy and, it is not an understatement to say that this is easily the best money I’ve ever spent on a carpet cleaner. For its size, it’s portability and functionality have given me the ability to spot-clean wherever I need to multiple times throughout the day, with as little effort as possible. refilling and getting rid of waste water is very easy, and if used properly (and consistently), you’ll no longer worry about spilling things on your carpet, or in my case, the multitude of little accidents that puppies will inevitably have during the potty training/housebreaking phase.

THE ONLY gripe that I have with this magical device, is that the power cable always gets in the way when you’re trying to deploy it. Doesn’t matter how many different ways or in what order you take things out, you always seem to have to loop the hose under the power cable to get everything unwrapped and ready for use.
