Hans in Calgary: I know a lot of people have given this product a poor review because of the difficulty in recharging the light. I initially had troubles, too, with the charging port because the USB connector in the power supply fit poorly. however, I tried a few other cables that I had lying around and found one that fit perfectly. I've used that cable for a few years now and have had no troubles recharging the light.
I read in bed before going to sleep and find the light intensity perfect for reading.

Jessica: My husband and I both have one of these lights, and they work well for reading at night! You can also sort of use it as a flashlight as you make your way to the bathroom in the dark at night, so it's versatile. It fits nicely on books, and the light is very comfortable on the eyes at night. The clip adjusts to different book covers, paperback and hardcover. It's a nice looking little book light. This is actually the second one of these I've purchased because our toddler got a hold of my husband's and disconnected the head from the neck, and then he stole mine!

I prefer it when it starts to die and it gets dimmer. I wish it had one more dim setting. But it also can be bright if you need. Love this light I think everyone should buy this. !! So cozy! Great gift

Cara S.: This is a great little reading light. More than bright enough to read with and doesn’t upset my husband as can be directed into the book with minimal light pollution to the sides. It is fairly lightweight and I have used it with ease fir both paperback and hardback books. Clip is slightly chunky but not bothersome and it remains steadfast without slipping. Not so keen on the red light option but the other 2 light modes are both great. Lasts for a good few weeks of bedtime reading without requirement for recharge. Would definitely recommend!

Mike V: While the 1600k color is very warm (kelvin is very low=good), the light is still very bright (lumens is high). As a bedside reading light, I had to cover the light with a few layers of white painter's tape. It works, but it would be better if the lumens were adjustable to make it less bright -- and the battery charge would even last longer. I mean: even less bright than the lowest setting of the 3 brightness settings. The product looks sturdy, the clip has an advanced design to fit books of different thicknesses. I use it on my Kindle as I don't like the light emitted from my Kindle screen, but prefer a reading light on my Kindle instead. As other reviewers have noted, the on/off button is surprisingly loud, and you have to cycle through the 3 brightness settings to turn it off: all making more noise than desired and cranking up the light, just before shutting if off.

s: This is simply a brilliant reading light. It's very adjustable with brightness and various angles. It's very clever in that it doesn't use any of the blue light frequency that disturbs your sleep process. Just one thing to add, maybe it could be more travel friendly if it folded up for more protection. However this light is simply great. Stop looking and get this one.

Jessica: Was great the time it worked, but after a year we can't get it to turn on anymore, not sure why. It has 3 types of light for different reading conditions and a nice clip and the recharging feature was great. Loved it,, but now I have to buy a new one I guess. Not sure what happened.
