Beautiful bed, easy to assemble and very sturdy. A great value, we got two. Does not nesaisarily need a bowstring or bunkie board, but we got a bunkie board anyway. Will last for years and years easy.

I have had this amazing bed for 8 months now, and am still in love with it. I have the full size. I got the light beige color. I had in the back of my mind I really wanted it more white. I moved on to redoing an antique secretary to white, and in my researching how to best go about that; I came across chalk paint. Watching several videos on You Tube, I saw videos of people using chalk paint to paint fabric headboards, and everything else you can imagine. Yup! So, I did some more research, and bit the bullet and chalk painted my bed white. NOW, I really love it. It was quite easy and not messy at all. If I can, I will upload a picture of it, but make no promises, since I am not very techy...I'm real old school, lol. Just something you can do if you want to change the color. I used Rustoleum "white linen" (its white, but not stark white, but definitely white) chalk paint that I got here on good ole Amazon. It's cheaper than at Home Depot. I love this bed. Well made, and a great price.

We moved our daughter from a toddler bed to a full bed and went with this one. I read reviews that said it was sturdy and I of course loved the design. I put it together while my husband was at work, it was extremely easy to assemble. He drilled on the slats when he got home. Again, easy. The bed is VERY sturdy and heavier than I expected, which is a plus. I’m very pleased with the bed and the quality, you can’t beat it for the price! Our daughter just loves it to. Also, I read a review that said the mattress didn’t fit the frame, but our mattress (full) fit the frame perfectly. And it came a day earlier! Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful bed any day!
