Mike Christley: We have had this under sink RO product for several years without any issues. We perform the annual maintenance and filter changes as instructed. The tank pressure may decrease over time, but it was easy to empty the tank, check the pressure, then pump up to recommended 8psi.
I recently performed a filter change and had zero water flow. After also replacing the membrane(since I was due anyways) we still had zero water flow from the unit.
I called for tech support and the team at Perfect Water Technologies was excellent to say the least. My product was well out of warranty but they stated they would take care of me, and they sure did. Jonathan helped me run thru a few easy tests for water flow checks and determined the water control valve was blocked/not functioning. The team responded that day and sent a replacement to me at zero cost.
After I received the new valve, Jonathan walked me thru the very easy install, and also helped to get the system started back up(re-gen process).
I was thinking I had to spend $$$ to buy a brand new system, but I am back up and running again. A huge thanks to the team here in AZ for the help!
I will be a life-long customer for sure!...

Christopher M. Conley: Due to my physical condition, I had this system installed by a licensed plumber on August 10, 2020 (3 years ago). A R/O system is required in our neighborhood because of Lead concerns. Our water is checked at the tap semiannually by the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. I am very pleased with this system because:
1) Fill rate at kitchen sink is very adequate; it is somewhat slower at the refrigerator but isn't a problem.
2) My neighbors, who have R/O's often complain about sludge in the R/O filters. I have no such issue when changing filters annually.
3) The R/O water tastes good and in many cases I replace this water with the store-bought bottled water.
4) I previously owned a R/O at another home. The Home Master system far exceeds the water quality of this previous system. I am very pleased with my choice of Home Master Artesian full contact R/O system.

Received the replacement part in a few days and the rest of the installation was easy to complete--thanks to the company's YouTube videos. The Perfect Water company has excellent customer service--they addressed my concerns and helped me get the filter system running. Now our water taste wonderful and `clean' compared to our municipal water supply. You can't believe the difference it makes to our tea, coffee, cool-aid, and home-made soups. Finally, we got this water filter system because we could no longer physically lift those 5 gallon water bottles on top of the water dispenser, nor afford the cost of purchasing bottled water on a weekly or monthly basis. Again, many thanks to the staff and management at Perfect Water Technologies for their assistance and timely response.

F. Istephan: I have been using this system for 4 years now and can tell you it has stood the test of time! From the time of installation until now I have not had any problems. Even if I did need help, the customer service is matchless. The company offers great, friendly customer phone support for all my filter changes and they take the time to help me step by step. They also have helpful YouTube videos.
I love the fact that water wastage is way less than other systems with a 2:1 ratio. Filter change is simple and quick. Fills water extremely fast. Most importantly, I am still enjoying great tasting, purified water year after year! I highly recommend this system.

Bernard Blais: We have the city's water supply. It's okay, but we do get at least 4 times a year a warning to boil the water. So we installed this system about 2 years ago. We've changed the filters once a year (real easy to swap them). The water tastes really good. With the tank, the water pressure is perfect... it takes just a few seconds to fill a bottle or a glass. And the supplied faucet means we can get at the filtered water without using the main faucet. My wife and I are drinking this water all day through, which has had a positive impact on our overall health. Any CONS? Well, the system did take a few hours to install... I had to take my time to make sure those tubes were properly inserted in each filter. But once you get it, it's not that complicated. Since then, it's worked perfectly.

Barbara G (Burlington Ontario): I bought this to remove harmful chemicals from our water - specifically fluoride. I cannot testify as to whether or not it has removed the actual harmful chemicals the region insists on poluting our water with (that would require a water test which I haven't done yet) but I can say that it has dramatically improved the taste of our water and anything we make with it. The water tastes awesome and the ice cubes, tea, coffee, lemonade .... everything tastes so much better. I have a water tester for the PPM of the water - that has gone down from 148 to 38.

My husband installed it under the sink and all went well. It works fast and creates only one gallon of waste water for every gallon it produces. I called the actual company because I had questions (1-877-693-7873). I was assured it was 100% US made and the source of the cartrage to remineralize the water was from the US as well. And the company has been around for a while so hopefully I'll be able to get replacement cartriges from them when needed. The only thing (and this is small), when I was talking to the company guy to decide whether or not to get the water treatment system that removed germs (blue light), I was told...

Sabrina SextonSabrina Sexton: When I moved into my first (and current) house from my apartment, the previous owner had a Whirlpool (Ecodyne) WHER25 reverse osmosis system installed under the kitchen sink. I liked the water the system produced, but the flow control was misfunctioning, causing an annoying dripping sound that was almost constant. The installer (previous owner, not a plumber) had NOT made the common mistake of trimming out the flow control--which was the first thing I suspected. No, the problem, rather, was deformation of the thin rubber membranes (there are two) inside the head of the unit. I flipped them over (they are reversible) and this fixed the problem for a month or so, but it returned. I priced out new membranes/gaskets and flow control insert, with shipping, and decided that I should just start fresh with a whole new unit, since it was on a special sale locally and it would come with all new filters ($80 worth). I replaced just the head and all was well for a while. Then the tank stopped pushing water out and re-pressurizing the bladder only worked for a short while. But, hey, OK, no problem. I had a whole new tank! Replaced that. All was well for a while. Then just recently, the head...
