Julie: It is the most complicated And hard to set up camera ,lots of false alarms by bugs or rain drops even on low sensitivity settings , it tracks you but no siren goes off even though is turned on , lots of problems connecting to wi fi I just had a replacement and is even worst then the first , now in dot even move all the way up stays face down if you are an American please buy American because at least you will get real customer service , they claim that they will help before you return it but they won’t I called and there is always one lady she is the only one and she will hang up on you or she says that the other team member will contact you but they won’t China keeps s- - - - - on us

Charles: I have purchased 2 of these cameras, the 1st camera stopped panning after a week of use, returned it and I was impressed with how fast Amazon replaced it. The second camera and the replacement camera are both working fine so far, I bought these cameras for my home security and the one main reason for choosing these is the capability of viewing on Echo show 8 well let's say I would have given 5 stars except both cameras fail to respond to Alexa quite frequently, sometimes for days. I have uninstalled, reset bought extenders have strong WiFi and disabled and enabled the skill several times with no luck, then out of the blue it will respond and I get live view. Not sure what the issue is but it's the reason for 4 stars. Great picture quality except it doesn't stay in hd only when the app is open and soon as you close the app straight back to SD. I would definitely recommend this camera and for the price you can't beat it. Please fix the bug's with the live view and I will give 5 stars!
