The lid is really hard to remove. And I do mean hard! I had to really pull to get it off to blend my drink & then get it off to pour my drink with out spilling.
Bottom hard to unscrew to clean. Other than those things, it is simple to use & does the job.

The blender is easy to use and clean and it saves time for making your own drink. The noise level when it’s working is medium. However the lid was too tight to fit into the glass jar and needed to be careful when opening the lid to avoid splashing out the liquid

We got a blender that was twice the cost of this one and it broke after 3 uses. We returned it and got this one. Easy to use and blends great. Smoothies are a breeze.

It worked fine for about a week, then the gasket on bottom got knocked off the proper alignment when my wife washed it. I put it on stand and poured milk into it and it all ran right down the center of the mechanical part, it t was ruined. Seems very cheaply made with a design flaw that will ruin it if you don’t catch it.
Company reached out to me and provided replacement product. Company is adaptive, reflective, and cares about customers.
Second edit: company stalked me to get me to change review, asked for personal information, then pretended to ship me a new unit to get me to change my review. Avoid them if possible.
