AWil: I am thrilled with my purchase of the dehumidifier. It is incredibly simple to operate and even my children can use it without assistance. The air quality in our home has significantly improved as a result, and it has helped to alleviate some of our allergy symptoms. The dehumidifier is also very discreet and operates quietly, making it almost unnoticeable. harold fluet: le produit fonctionne bien mais incapable d'ajuster le taux d'humidité au bon pourcentage car n'arrête pas au degré réglé. De plus, j'ai essayé plusieurs fois de communiquer avec la compagnie pour enregister le produit pour la garantie mais sans succès ce que je trouve regrettable. En tant qu'intermédaire, amazon devrait obliger les compagnie à respecter leurs clients.

Par contre, quand j'ai voulu l'enregistrer pour la garantie, j'ai eu beau scanner le code barre, ça ne mène nullement à leur site web. L'adresse de leur site web ne fonctionne pas non plus. Et le courriel non plus. Alors du point de vue service à la clientèle, je suis perplexe.

JAMES: My workhorse of a dehumidifier stopped working so I found this one online. This one is VERY quiet which is nice, but in no way can it handle 2,000 square feet. This is a stretch. Maybe can handle 750sq. ft.

The bucket is tiny, but thankfully it has a hose attachment, so using that so I don't have to keep going down to empty the reservoir.

Liall1: Good price. My only complaint is that the reservoir is too small. Not using the hose, I need to empty the reservoir 3 times a day. Located in my basement.

This little unit is amazing It sucks alright, water that is. Live in Oregon and we have been having a very wet season so far. Don't know about 2000 sf as we live in a residential style RV. But I wanted one that pulls the moisture out. I'm 40 foot long and it works for me. It's very compact, quiet and easy to move.The touch control are easy to use and you can set the humidity leavel and it will cycle on and off including the fan. The humidity display seems to be fairly accurate compared to my previous dehumidifiers I've had. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the small water container. Also it can be a little messy to empty if you're not careful. No big problem I just empty it before I go to bed and again if it shuts off durning the day. The unit also auto restarts with out losing your settings for a power failure. Haven't had the need yet for trying out the continuous drain yet. Don't know how long it will last but I did buy the extended warranty just in case. Yes it is made in China, but unfortunately what isn't these days. Very pleased, so far, and would recommend.

A F.A F.: I am thus far very pleased with the overall performance of the HEVILLO model PD08D which has been running 5 months in my detached workshop/garage. I selected this product because of its dehumidifying capacity, energy usage, continuous drainage capable, power-off memory function, warranty (1 yr), and value compared to other products with similar features. This unit is actually oversized (2000 sq-ft) for my 550 sq-ft shop because we live in the humid climate of Florida, and frequently open the garage door. The unit will easily fill its reservoir every day which then requires emptying to keep my shop below 50% RH. As shown in the attached picture, I soon installed a ¾” pvc pipe thru the wall to eliminate the hassle of daily emptying. Removing the factory installed plug and connecting the supplied hose redirects the condensed water from the unit. The reservoir then remains dry, contrary to another review. Input current, (checked at 80℉, 48% RH), was about 2.0 amps with compressor running and fan on high, as measured with a digital VOM. The fan alone draws only 0.20 amps on low and 0.23 amps on high speed. The electronics draw a negligible 0.01 amps. The power-off memory function...

DHXDHX: The media could not be loaded.  It’s been received product for a week, it’s a comfortable size to me and great look are my first feeling. I am using this dehumidifier in my house and it seems very effective at removing moisture from the air. It seems quiet which is good because I work at home all day and don’t want any sounds to distract me. It’s a great idea that we can slightly adjust the wind speed, it has low and high. You can put it to low wind speed and leave it there all day at home while you go out, it’s a great choice to get you a comfortable environment when you get back to home. Others functions are also easy to set up and straight forward,like adjusting the humidity level between 30%-80%, but I always set it up 50% since I heard for anywhere it’s good between 30%-60%. Within a few hours, the humidity level drops to the desired level, which gives me peace of mind knowing my books would be preserved well. Everyday you just need to empty the water tank manually and it’s easy.

First time bought it and I am amazed and satisfied at this worthy product. The machine is perfect for my apartment and emptying the tank is pretty satisfying to see how...
