Jill L: I bought this brush as our dog has sensitive skin and the brush I was using was irritating his skin to the point where he would nibble at the sore spots creating a larger sore. The brush doesn't get as many hairs out but I don't mind as it is gentler on his skin which means I can now brush him everyday without any irritations. On the plus side he is now quite relaxed when being brushed.

HTHT: Its good and bad, the bristles on Kong brand(on the right) is much softer and more widely spread out, so its a lot easier to get hair out but at the same time it doesn’t trap the hair as well as this one.
My 3 cats, two like the Kong and one seems more tolerant to this one.
The packaging is pathetic, its those hard plastic cover that you’ll have to destroy to open, we should not see this type of package in 2023 already, the name “frustrating free packaging” is created for a reason…

Carole D: Bought as a gentle brush to use on a 8 yr old rescue Lab not used to grooming. Not really suitable for a really effective hair removal but gentle enough to accustom him to being brushed. He loves it!

GraceGrace: This is the only brush our very sensitive Border Collie has ever let us brush her with. It doesn't scratch her skin or pull her fur, both things she hates. The brush still gets loads of her undercoat out. Great brush!

K Landersen: I have a long haired Siberian cat who leaves a cloud of floof behind him when he zooms. He is the absolute king of shedding, especially in the autumn and spring when his coat sheds into either his summer or winter coat. He hates all the other brushes we have used and regularly seeks them out to exact vengeance upon them.

THIS brush however, has been totally different. He will actually purr and drool as though he were being pampered with pets before bed.

The only complaints I have about this brush are it is a bit frustrating to clean, and it still does promote a bit of static from his extreme floof. I usually have a wet washcloth standing by to neutralize the static, but it can be a bit annoying for both me and my fluffy boy. Otherwise, this brush has become an essential part of our grooming routine.

Pett: Updated: - they’ve contacted me as I wasn’t satisfied with the brush and have given me a full refund. Although the product was good for my short haired dogs, the customer service was 10/10
The brush itself is made well but it says it’s ideal for short haired dogs, it isn’t. Didn’t get anything up from my dog at all
