Easy to use. No temperature setting just load, plug in, and enjoy a great grilled cheese, ham and cheese, tuna melt, etc.
Light shows when heating. It shuts off when it gets up to temp. Takes about 4 minutes to make a waffle or sandwich.
The grill plates are removable for cleaning.
A good deal for the price.

I was excited to get this product because of the removable plates and I could use it for 2 different meals. I was then let down by the mess that happen when I used the waffle plate to make a chaffel. The egg mixture ran all over and it took forever to warm up. I then decided to make a cheese sandwich, so I changed out the plates. The grilled plates worked great! The only thing that was missing that would greatly improve this product is a temp control button or nob.

I bought this to use at work to make hot lunches and cut back on take out. It works great! Heats up very quickly and heats food through quickly as well. I make hot sandwiches, wraps, toast bagel halves, chicken tenders. I've also wrapped more untraditional lunch foods in foil and it heated up perfectly on the grill. It's also very compact and easy to store. The plates snap out and are easy to clean. I never tried the waffle plates though.

Works well. Compact - it stores in small spaces. The sandwich side is easily cleaned. The waffle side takes a little more effort. We use this in our RV so the small design outweighs a little extra work cleaning.
