Money: Gel pad is comfy fits my runners and gives me pain relief

Charlie Kaiser: I walk about 3 miles per day on the golf course. Before trying these, I suffered from significant heel cracking, which caused a lot of pain and limited my ability to walk that far. I put these in my daily shoes as well as my golf shoes and the heel cracking almost immediately decreased by about 90%. I still get some, but it's far better and I can walk without pain. They hold up pretty well, too. First set in the golf shoes lasted about a year. Not too shabby for a 240 lb guy walking 3 miles a day on them! Bought them again and still very happy with them. Only negative... they could be a little thicker, but it's a minor thing.

Rachel Pittman: This product would’ve worked really well for me if I only needed it for heal support. Unfortunately I needed more arch support in my shoe in addition to the heal support and this product just didn’t give me that. I ended up giving the insoles to my mom because she liked them and doesn’t need as much arch support as me. Overall they work well for plantar fasciitis but if you need arch support as well I wouldn’t recommend.

tokithered: I had high hopes for these heel cups, looking at the reviews and the very generous return policy.

They're well made (I purchased the "firm" version) and feel sturdy. They fit into the shoes I wear most regularly easily, and can be transferred from one pair to another without issue.

Initially wearing the insoles felt nice - I think that "fascia bar" part of the insole was really helpful in helping my foot feel supported.

However, wearing these insoles while out and about has been downright painful. More painful than is normal for me with PF. A short walk (around 2 miles or so) will leave me hobbling towards the end. I have to ice my feet after walking in these for a few hours.

I've had flatish feet for a long time, and usually just buy 3/4 arch support insoles, which are mostly OK. I had hoped the Heel brand would be a good replacement. However, the insoles feel as though they are exacerbating the condition, as I struggle to walk after wearing these and then going barefoot in the house. It's like I've begun stepping on sharp daggers under each heel. My PF has never behaved like this before, so I'm concerned I may be making it worse somehow.

I will...

Mapleleaf: I have been having heel pain for the past 7 months and have tried physiotherapy, including a set of shock-wave therapy treatments. Nothing has worked so far. I decided to try these insoles in the hopes that they would help. I found them very comfortable to wear and had no trouble adjusting to them on either foot (heel pain is only on one foot). They fit better into my shoes than any other insole or heel cushion I have tried, so I was very pleased about that. I have been wearing them for some time now but unfortunately have not seen any change - no relief at all from my heel pain. Back to the drawing board. :(

Mr. Mom: I bought these after i was having a lot of difficulty walking after I started playing pickleball a lot. I started playing around 8/22. I would say my feet were not used to getting so much of a workout prior to starting pickleball. Stomping around the court for many hours a day eventually took a toll to the point I had trouble walking in the evening and in the mornings due to pain and tightness in both heels. I bought a set of the Blue Firm Rubber | Size: Large Men's 8.5-12 and put them in my court shoes. It felt weird especially at first, but it didn't really present a problem. So I kept wearing them, and playing, a lot! I kept them in my shoes about 2 months. During this time it was easier to play, and the pain and tightness in my heels started getting better and better without giving them a break (I continued playing a lot). I recently removed them from my court shoes, because I feel like my feet and tendons etc finally got used to the load I had been placing on them. To me this product was terrific. Not 5 stars only because they seem a little expensive for some shaped rubber. However, I would buy again and I do recommend them.

Lola: I've been wearing these insoles for over 3 months now. I wear them in my slippers and in any pair of shoes I wear out (which is mostly my sneakers these days).

These insoles haven't cured my Plantar Fasciitis, which I was originally hoping they would do. Unfortunately, my PF is requiring shockwave therapy to fix the issue. However, these insoles are a lifer saver! I have very little pain when I walk in them and I'm never not using them. I'm used to doing a lot of physical activity, running etc. Now I'm walking only 30 mins a day and I feel these insoles help keep me from damaging my PF any further when I do walk. I did forget to put the insoles in my shoes one day and had to catch a train and couldn't go back to get them. By the end of the day I was in terrible pain having walked around for over an hour.

I keep these insoles in my Birkenstock slippers which really makes a difference, as I have hardwood floors and was previously walking barefoot until I was told not too by the doctor. They do relieve the pain as it says and I'm using these as part of my shockwave treatment so that I don't do any further damage to my foot when I walk.

The insoles are a bit...

Eric Wentz: I have had heel pain for almost a year and saw a podiatrist who diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. They recommended some stretches and icing the inflamed area along with taking some anti-inflammatory medication. Then they wanted to cast my feet for custom orthotics after 2 visits in a week span. I did not want to, nor could I justify the $600+ out of pocket expense I would incur from this custom product.

I have insurance but my insurance will not cover "flat feet" as they put it, but would cover the orthotics if I was diabetic. Since I am not diabetic I opted to not spend the 600 dollars for something I thought would go away with the stretching and icing regiment.

I was wrong. Some days I could not bear to walk or even stand especially after sleeping overnight or after long commutes in a vehicle. But I would stretch and stretch until I could stand up and walk off the pain. I wanted to find a reasonable solution to my problem so I found these heel seats.

I was skeptical that these would fit my foot as I am a size 14 4e shoe/sneaker wearer but they fit great. They are uncomfortable at first but I have noticed in the 3 days I have been currently wearing them...
