Allan: The reading locks in place until you press the release button so you remove it from the valve stem and hold it anyway you want to make it easy to read. Since you can rotate it 360 degrees, I found it easiest to slightly overfill the tires and then use the release button while watching the gauge to get the perfect pressure.

Ashod Martirossian: This tire pressure gauge is my 7th for last 5 years. I wish there would be a straight head version, but angled tip is OK too and convenient for most of the vehicles, and it also swivels, so you can adjust the gauge angle to your liking. The device works well, feels sturdy in your hand. the dial is big and easy to read each mark that is equal to 1 psi. The small side valve can slowly leave the air out for fine pressure adjustment. It also holds well the pressure inside the device so the reading doesn't change from the time of taking the pressure to the moment you look at the dial. I am absolutely satisfied with this purchase.

Steve: I purchased this gauge to replace a similar one that I had dropped and broke. This one is accurate, easy to read and use, especially with the swivel head. It has outside protection in case it gets dropped to help protect it. Hopefully I won't drop this one but if I do and it breaks, I would buy it again.

Amazon Customer: Easy to read and accurate. Like the swivel head so you can rotate the gauge face to see no matter the air nipple position.
Also like the air bleed valve on the gauge if the tires are over inflated.

D.C.M.: How many people are still using those stick pressure gauges and struggling to read them and to get an accurate read??? This gauge will make this task effortless. Easy to hold, rotates for best viewing angle. Do remember to release to pressure doohickey after you're done because I've been told that it eventually degrades the spring action and accuracy. Love it and so pleased!!!

Scott: Great, heavy and quality feeling air pressure gauge! I used it immediately to check and adjust tire pressures on a friend's car. Even the manner the analog dial pointer clicked to the pressure reading was quick and precise. Swivel nozzle worked well. If you need to measure greater than 60 psi you need to order the gauge designed for the higher psi. self illuminating dial was easy to read as it got darker outside.

D.E.: It's nice to be able to take a reading from a hard to get at valve stem and then look at the reading in the open. Clear, easy to read numbers and seems accurate in the lower readings which is important to me. Bought another one for my son.
