Florida Guy: This 75 psi gauge was accurate when I checked it at 35 psi (my tires). It has a extension tube and pivots that allows me to move it into my "see zone" . I like the valve button on the side that allows me lower the pressure when I over shoot so I can get it exactly to the pressure I want. I had found some other gauges that had to be removed from the stem and then pushed back on to see the new reading after releasing pressure. I also found another brand that would not stop bleeding after I released the valve button, not much good there.
Just a word from someone who used pressure gauges for all kinds of fluids (yes air is considered a fluid) get a gauge that has the pressure you are looking to check as close to the middle of the scale as you can for accuracy, it helps. I'm happy.

Michelle: I recently bought this tire gauge and have used it a couple of times already. It seems to be very accurate and tough. I really like the deflator valve and that it holds the tire pressure reading until it’s reset. Also it can be used at night.

SparkieSparkie: I got one of these gauges to keep in my toolbag in my 4Runner, and being the skeptical type, I figured that for less than $17 it would be rather cheap feeling and maybe not the most accurate, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and had some heft to it. The exposed parts appear to be genuine brass and are heavy, and the gauge housing is covered in a dense rubber cover to protect it from drops. It comes with a nice drawstring bag to keep it in to keep the plastic dial face from getting too scratched up (hey - it's just under $17 - you want glass, go spend $50 on something else).

The tip that you press onto the valve stem is at 45 degrees, but it swivels, so if your wheels have the valve stem towards the center of the barrel of the wheel you can rotate it to allow for better reading, or if the wheel that the tire is mounted on that you are trying to read is rotated such that the valve stem is at an odd angle, you can adjust the tip so that you can easily see the dial as well. The indicators, numbers, needle, and even the Rhino logo are glow-in-the-dark, so you just expose it to a bright light source such as a headlight for several seconds and it will glow brightly...
