These straps were exactly what I needed I only needed one but sure that I’ll be able to use the second one. It holds on the tree and does not appears to be hurting the bark (it’s on a palm tree). The metal loops are sturdy and the strap easily looped around the tree twice. Even in heavy winds the strap never moves. I use the strap to hold a triangular sun sail so it is getting pulled horizontally
