Its heavy-duty construction is ideal for any indoor, outdoor, garage, shed, or dock location. Plus, the adjustable height feature makes it the best Indoor Kayak Storage option based on value for money, sturdiness, build quality, and capacity.JLT: I am very happy to write this product is very sturdy on the floor position. I have not mounted it, but have my two kayaks resting on their side in the given spaces. I do not regret this purchase and have found it a nice way to get my boats off the garage floor and stored appropriately.

Paul Cavaghan: Easy assembly, all parts in the package and everything fit. I have 2 13’ Eddyline kayaks that fit well on the rack. Wheels made it simple to move around.

Amy GandyAmy Gandy: We bought this rack to hold our 2 large kayaks. 30 and 31 inches wide. 10 and 12 feet long. Also, one kayak weighs about 50lbs and the other 78lbs. The rack is very sturdy and well built. Overlapping joints, thick pipes. It has thick cushions on the support arms with removable covers if you need to wash them. We bought the one with wheels so we can roll the rack into our walkout basement. Rolls great on the concrete floor. We are very happy with it.

Kopeckys: Update: After posting this review, support from the company reached out and righted this situation. Though I wish I had not had to leave a negative review to receive help, I am grateful for the resolution and the willingness to find a solution to my problem. They were expedient and communicative during this process for which I am appreciative. Additionally, the Kayak Storage Rack is heavy and well made so I am now a happy customer!
I have literally never written a review before but I am upset to the point that I feel I must write one. We received the shipment and the box was a bit damaged but not enough for me to be worried. I haul this large, heavy box an hour away where the kayaks live full time. Upon opening the box and beginning the assembly process, we realized that the directions and all small parts were missing from the box. I can only imagine that they somehow slipped out the damaged area of the box. I immediately called customer service. They emailed me the directions which was great and asked that I send them a list of the small parts that were missing. I promptly did this. Several days later, I receive an email saying that they cannot help me per their agreement...

John GrantJohn Grant: Generally, the rack is designed well but the quality is lacking. I'm guessing there is next to zero QA at the factory. For my order: hardware was missing, a frame segment was defective, and the instructions were wrong.
The rack components were packed well and survived shipping without mishap. However: the sealed package containing the fasteners was missing one nylon locking nut. My options: send 24 kg of incomplete rack back to Amazon and wait for a replacement, or drive to the hardware store and spend time matching the bolt size / thread pitch to a replacement nut. I chose the latter, but with much grumbling.
(If that happens to you, you will need metric 8mm / M8 nylon locking nuts.)
The steel frame looks good but is very light-duty. The beams bent noticeably when the bolts were tightened. I have a 47 lb kayak on the lower hooks right now and I can move the rack around easily on a smooth concrete garage floor. If bad things happen when I add my 57 lb kayak, I'll update my review.
One of the threaded bolt holes on the frame was badly formed. A large burr was left over the threads. I very nearly couldn't get a bolt in, but finally succeeded after...
