Amazon Customer: This book is helpful in looking at the details of what happens when one is abused. It gave me insight into knowing that I was not alone with those feelings and perspectives. But it also pushed me to recogni,e that I cannot stay with feelings and emotions and using the past as my excuse. I am missing out on so many things if I refuse to face and eventually let go of the past.
