Dot dot dot: Even if you don't use it as a bidet sprayer, this thing is useful. We use it as a bidet, a sprayer to clean off soiled clothes, and to clean tub out after pet baths or before baby baths. It's just so useful. I've even used it on my dog before and it managed to remove her loose fur under her top coat. Great quality and sturdy. Only had it leak once and that was when someone left it turned on when not in use.

She's definitely like a family member now and moving with us wherever we go lol

Amazon Customer: Installed this after a month of package receiving and it broke after 2 months of use. No pressure was coming out of the bidet! Not happy with the purchase! 🙄

Shruti Apoorv: Good quality product. Have used bidets from different brands earlier, but this was by far the easiest and smoothest to install probably due to the quality of product. Only downside I felt was the shower had few drops of leakage towards the end

Val: Bidet worked as described, then I moved shortly after and tried to install on my other toilet and something about the hardware didn’t fit. I contacted customer service and didn’t receive correspondence for 2 weeks, they emailed me from a different account because their regular customer service email goes to junk. Company should use another means of contact such as by phone, bc junk mail isn’t dependable. I returned it by that time and Amazon wouldn’t refund it claiming it’s bc of the merchant’s policy, but customer service claimed they don’t have this policy. Amazon has made a huge change and it’s not convenient anymore. Amazon said it will take 30 days to be obtain a refund after the item was returns. This isn’t why I use Amazon. This merchant claimed they will talk to Amazon about this. But the products works well with the right hardwood anyway. And if you expect a message back, you just look through your junk every single day.

joel: I have a couple of these sprayers now, one in our main bathroom for standard bidet use, and one in the nursery bathroom for cloth diaper spraying. They install easily enough; the only issue I've had was that the old plastic water supply hose on one of my toilets started leaking a bit with the added curve it needed to do. That was a simple fix of replacing that hose, which was pretty old and needed to be swapped out anyway.

For diaper use, I leave the sprayer on full power which has some serious kick to it. You're going to want to get a Spray Pal to contain the overspray if you do the same, but the two make a great pair.

For standard bidet use you're going to need to fine-tune the power to avoid giving yourself a surprise enema. The valve makes this relatively easy, although a warning included with the sprayer says to turn the valve off after every use to prevent catastrophic water damage. This is the only unfortunate part because it's not practical to turn it on and off for every use, and the warning itself makes me worry that they don't have full confidence in the hardware. Imatron: This review is specifically for the Arofa Handheld Bidet Sprayer.

I'm revising the review since I've had some time to use it more and put it through it's paces. Originally, I reviewed it at 2 stars due to the occasional aiming issue causing less than pleasant things to be sprayed out of the toilet. Being a bit germaphobic among other things, this is a dealbreaker for me. It still kind of is, however, the company has attempted to contact me several times to offer a refund. I have not -yet- accepted a refund, but I feel like they deserve credit for standing by their product enough to actively make first contact with unhappy customers for a resolution. I also wanted to try and detail my experience with the product a little better while revising the review.

The product arrived in a fairly compact, easy to open box (Unlike some annoying hard plastic you need scissors or a knife for). The main components were carefully packed in a foam insert that was clearly designed to prevent damage or scratching to these components.
