V. Goldberg: Finally had a chance to install. Extremely easy to install. I like that there is a toggle on the splitter to help control the water pressure coming out of the nozzle. The only negative that I can state about this is the piece of crap holder -- it doesn't hold the nozzle by the handle. It only works by holding the nozzle pointing down. It will NOT hold the nozzle by the handle no matter how many ways I try. Nothing like the picture.

Joel M: This is probably the cheapest most complete kit available. Most kits don't include the adjustable line splitter. Without the adjustable tap, you may get full water pressure from the toilet fixture.

Willy: I have a family member living with me who has dementia and for whom I care-give for. Prior to purchasing this, I would waste at least 10 minutes simply cleaning this person and clearing their accidents while on the toilet. I was spending a fortune on adult wipes which would have to go in the trash, stinking up the place. Bought this on a recommendation from a friend with the same problem and it has given me back so much time and money for a mere $20! Allows me to not only clean my patient thoroughly, but has a tri use as a handheld bidet as well as being quite handy for cleaning the area around the toilet which is in need of constant upkeep due to traffic. Installation took me less than five minutes and there's zero leaks. Only warning I'll give is that the stream is quite powerful and can make a mess so I suggest turning the valve a quarter shut to reduce the power of the spray. Best money I ever spent!

DS: The pipe leaks even after adding washers, the pipe broke and there was water all over the house. very poor quality and wouldn't recommend at all.

Amazon Customer: Waist of my money and time. I took so much time to install it as it came without any instructions. I have no idea why it is not pushing water up to my toilet tank. The T-valve probably is defected because it is leaking like a water fountain even after making it tight. I checked You tube videos as well to see if I am doing anything wrong, but guess what it is the product which is defected. Now I am not sure should I return it or buy a separate T- valve. I am probably returning it, unless i got any solution from the seller or any body who knows the problem.

Steven P. Spinella: No pictures. Why, do you want to see me laying down next to the toilet, or what else were you thinking?! Seriously, from opening the package, to using the product, I was all but blown away.
Everything was packed meticulously, including simple, clear, and accurate instructions in standard English. Note to self: the compression washers for the fitting were under the teflon tape for wrapping the threads on the compression fittings and the (optional) screws for mounting the hanger on the wall. The stainless steel finish is a bit more impressive than the toilet on which I have it installed, but maybe your toilet is more impressive than mine.
INSTALLATION: It installs directly under the toilet bowl.
1) Turn off the water supply. Usually there is a valve near the floor or the wall just below the toilet, but if not you need to find a valve somewhere else and turn off the water. Then detach the supply line from the threads protruding from the bottom right (left as you face the wall) of the toilet bowl. (This is typically just below the level at which you sit on the toilet and usually directly under the tank, if you have a modern, American toilet.)
