I've always been partial to leather computer cases because they are stylish and rugged. I bought the Luxorro and was impressed with the packaging, style and construction quality. A week ago I noticed that the lining was torn at a seam above the computer compartment. I sent a picture of the tear into customer service. They immediately came back and asked if I had signed up for the warranty. Unfortunately I had not. Rather than denying my claim, they allowed me to sign up for the warranty and then shipped out a replacement without question. That is what I call SERVICE! Styling - check, quality - check, service - check. Do not hesitate to buy their product because it checks all the boxes.

The feel of the leather is phenomenal and the layout of the pockets is very well thought out. Love the quality. I did have some minor tearing on one of the seems but reached out to the seller and they replaced the bag fee of charge. Fantastic experience!
