Guillermo Heriberto Gaona Coronado: Funciona bien, puedes modificar la temperatura, sin embargo el nuevo valor no se guarda, cada que la tienes que usar tienes que hacer wl set de temperatuea. Deberia de quedarse en la ultima opcion que usaste.

Amazon Customer: I bought this kettle about a month ago and have been quite pleased with it so far. It boils water quite fast! The goose neck paired with the upward handle is actually quite nice to pour with. I can even pour very slowly, a milliliter at a time! I had bought one from Target for about $45 that I ended up returning due to poor construction. It's quite difficult to find a gooseneck kettle that's over 0.7L and this one with a 1L or so capacity is perfect. Hamilton Beach has never failed me over the years come to think of it.

cesar bautista patiño: lo volveria a comprar solo que ya esta muy caro es un producto quellevo 3 años con el y solo algun detalle que ya no se activa bien el calentar pero sigue funcional su diseño y la rapidez de calentar son geniales my recomendable.

Andres: Es un muy buen producto, calienta rápido el agua y la boquilla de cuello de cisne ayuda mucho al momento de ser exacto para vertir el agua. Pero como muchos comentarios ya dicen, algunos de los componentes de sienten baratos, como la base y el cable. Si pudiera volver en el tiempo, me esperaría a que esté de oferta para comprarla.

MARCO VAELASQUEZ: Después de checar los comentarios de muchos calentadores iguales o con mejores prestaciones y de usarlo 15 días, me parece un buen producto por el precio pagado, es muy rápido, todo el interior es metálico, la tapa se sostiene bien y no deja salir vapor que te queme, solo oriéntala bienal colocarla, es mas de un litro y con el V-60 me permite hacer limpieza de filtro, después vaciar y verter directo en la jarra para volver a limpiar y después verter para hasta 36 gramos de café que me da dos tazas, solo controla bien la temperatura del agua después de hacer las limpiezas del V-60, no tarda mas unos segundos, que no me parece un problema comparado con el alto precio y lo delicados que son los calentadores con esas prestaciones, este producto es todo un tanque de batalla, excelente espero dure mucho tiempo.

Por cierto, comentando el vertido en altura y cadencia, se logra un muy buen control, mejor que otra que tengo para estufa con el agarradera en cierto ángulo "especial" y un cuello de cisne mejor logrado en forma y hasta con termómetro, en fin no es la mas bonita o elegante pero me gusta mas verter con esta eléctrica.

Ana Beltrán: Me gustó la tetera. Es fácil de usar, no pesa nada y la limpias muy rápido. El único pero que le pondría es que no te imagines que es la mejor calidad del mundo. La base es de plástico que fácilmente se puede romper y cuando el agua está caliente empieza a bailar mucho la tetera así que tienes que tener cuidado de donde la pones. Se puede salir el agua por la tapa cuando sirves el agua. Pero para lo que la uso me sirve bien, calienta rápido el agua y solo tengo cuidado en servir, porque si no si se tira toda. Pero en general es buena ya que el precio es excelente y pagas por lo que tienes.

Esio Trot: This kettle is fantastic. I love how fast it boils and the precision spout is both easy and satisfying to use. I am NOT in the habit of regularly emptying and drying the kettle after use and have not had any of the rusting issues other reviewers have mentioned.
I do wish however that it were slightly bigger - 1.3 L maybe. To fill the chemex as I would like, I actually over-fill the kettle, which works fine, but I'm also the kind of person who doesn't clean the kettle ;)

B. Cnu: 4.5 stars rounded up to 5. I've been using this kettle for pour-over and Aeropress coffee nearly daily now for about 3 months. It heats quickly, and unlike the reviews of the Bonavita, there are no signs of internal rust. I used a high-end probe thermometer to double-check temperature. The kettle's electronics seem not to have accounted for continued heating from the element after it switches off, because it consistently heats the water between 5F (full kettle) and 10F (1/2 full or less) too hot, but that is easy to adjust for by selecting a lower temp. Interestingly, the kettle does display the true temperature (within 1-2 degrees) after it completes heating and you've pressed the off button to disable the function that maintains temp at your setting.

The water stream from the pour spout is pretty good for a pour-over, and easy to adjust by tilting the kettle more or less. The spout has a larger cross-section than the Bonavita, so at full tilt it would be too fast for a good pour-over, but you can just tilt it less for a smaller/slower stream. Tea drinkers might appreciate the faster pouring.

D. C. Butler: I have used this kettle every morning for 8 months making pour-over coffee - no problems whatsoever. It still works great, heats water to boiling very quickly, no complaints at all. The spout provides a very precise pour - it's surprising how much control over the water flow I have with this kettle. I can direct a stream of water with enough accuracy to not only wash down the sides of my pour-over, but also to draw simple shapes barista-style in the crema. This is a great little unit!

DebbieDebbie: (The pictures were taken shortly after I'd used the kettle, so you see condensation in one "inside the kettle" shot.) This is the second goose-necked electric kettle that I've owned, and I like this one best. A full 1.2 liters of water came to a boil in 4 minutes 25 seconds for me. There is no minimum amount given, but 1.2 liters (that's 5.1 cups) is the maximum. This maximum line is clearly marked. I usually boil only 2-3 cups. I pour the water over my loose-leaf tea, and the jar I'm pouring the boiling water into is cold. Immediately after pouring the boiling water into the jar, the water measures at 200F. (For the other brand's kettle, it's only 195F.) If I'm doing a green or white tea, I shut the kettle off manually about 3-3.5 minutes into the heating cycle.

The neck and lip is fashioned so that the water doesn't arc much but rather pours down into the container, so it's easy to aim. The lid is metal and is easy to pull off and put on. There are steam vents in the lid, but it doesn't tend to steam much even at full boil. The inside of the kettle is completely stainless steel EXCEPT for a bit of plastic right up near the lid.
