Dave in AL: In addition to working great at shredding meat they work excellently for picking up large hot pieces of meat coming out of an oven or cooker such as Christmas turkeys.

Jon rosa: These work really well to shred meat, like pulled pork or chicken. Much faster and more efficient than using regular forks. Only odd thing is the writing/logo on mine wiped off right away, leaving them blank. Not that it matters, but it did seem strange, like they forgot to properly "bake" the paint on or something. Of course they still work great!
