Was ok working, cool looking, not very thoughtfully designed kettle.
Until the handle FELL OFF when my kid was carrying it. Thank god it was cold water, not boiling!!!
Look at the pictures: you can barely see two dots where the handle was attached. Glued?! Can't believe my eyes, that anyone with some barin can design the vessel for boiling water like that. You don't need engineering degree, just some common sense would suffice.
No, just no. Not worth this health risk.

I was looking for a tool that makes the water hot enough for my French press and is black. I was blessed to find this it makes the water hot enough for my French press and it is black! I’m happy it has a thermostat I like my hot water at 201 degrees and it’s accurate. Some times I use it for tea water a little cooler than 201 degrees and sometime I use it for ramen a little hotter than 201 degrees.

This thing worked great and I used it everyday. One day it stopped for no knowable reason. Amazon customer service was annoying to get through and their messaging system is trash. However this seller/company *actually* honored the lifetime guarantee and shipped me a replacement - which works great and I'm happily using this well designed (visually and functionally) electric kettle. Also it heats up real fast.

This electric kettle has amazing temperature control. You can set the temperature to what you want very easily. Its easy to clean and easy to use. The base tells you what temperature it is and you can literally watch the temperature heat up. It reaches boiling point very quickly. It's small and compact enough for very small cabinet spaces. This is a must have for campers and rvs. Great value for the money.
