Scott Y from AtlantaScott Y from Atlanta: May 11 2023 UPDATE. Golabs reached out to me and got the problem resolved on my unit, I am giving them 4 stars now on their customer service. The product is a good product, and while I have had a few minor grips, overall I am satisfied with this solar generator and would recommend it. I like the fact that it is 300 WH vs many others are the market that are closer to 250 WH. The GoLabs has 20% more battery capacity and the 60w PD port will run my laptop (Dell Latitude) all day which only uses at max, 45w.

Feb 6 2023 UPDATE. I blew out the cigarette lighter port trying to inflate a float. It tripped a few times to protect itself, but I pushed on and ended up blowing something that powered the cigarette lighter port. I got an E01 or E02 error code. I guess the inrush current was too much for the 12v port. I should have stopped after it tripped 2 times. Everything else still works, USB, PD, solar charging, AC inverter. Being an engineering, I took it apart and sent the part # to GoLabs asking to buy a new main board for the solar generator. Unfortunately, they do not sell component...

Description: With that out of the way, what do we have here? We have a very safe LFP cell that's going to last a very long time even daily cycling it up and down. This is combined with 2 USB-A ports, 2 USB-C ports, 2 DC barrel outputs, a 12V accessory outlet and finally 2 AC outlets hooked up to a 300W inverter. Finally it has a 3A MPPT inside that can peak out around 60W if you hook up the panels to it. The DC outputs are protected from overload, I've accidentally shorted it before and it detects and disables them.
