Kenna: Really simple product, I don't take them every day simply because if I do I get acid reflux. Taking one every few days and especially before a big meal, it does the trick. Be careful when swallowing! Make sure before you take one you have plenty of fluids to down it with. I made the mistake of taking it without enough water ready and it got stuck in my throat and was really uncomftorble (didn't hurt though).

Liz J.: I was using liquid and it was giving me great results, but I had horrible heartburn that I tried to cover with honey, which then caused me to start gaining belly fat again. Rox Fenwick: It gives you energy throughout the day. I can get things done without feeling tired or exhausted. Not sure if its a weight loss because I exercise and eat healthy. But I lose a 1lb a day. So Im not sure if its the product or just my daily lifestyle adjustments with the product. I start on Sunday and its now Wednesday. I lost 4 pounds and I just began everything all in once including the lifestyle adjustments.

Bee: The price on these was a little steep but I really liked them! The tablets are small and easy to swallow. ACV is a hard liquid to drink so this product makes incorporating it into my diet very easy and painless! Some reviewers said the smell was intense but I didn't really notice anything crazy. I would recommend this item to my friends and family. As far as health benefits I'm not 100% sure. It's very possible that it's a placebo effect but I'll keep taking it as long as I "think" it's helping me.

beachspirit: As we age we make less stomach acid making digestion sluggish often causing acid indigestion. My grandmother used to chug 2 Tbs of cider vinegar a day and it took care of any issues. I couldn't quite get that down but these are a wonderful alternative. I've been taking one of these at my main meal every day for several years - no burbing, no gas, no discomfort. This is best formulation I've found.
