Quality Shopper: Cooking for a someone who cannot have gluten, is challenging. This flour is very very good. I made homemade chocolate chip cookies for a crowd using this flour and everyone (even the ones who CAN have gluten) loved them.

Mandie Puzzo: I switched to almond flour and have been trying different kinds. This is very close to King Arthur gluten free blend and is good for cup for cup. What I like the most is that it doesn’t give off and overwhelming almond taste. It doesn’t drown out the flavor of the recipe. It makes good pizza, gravy, and cookies. By contrast, Blue Diamond is a much stronger taste and takeover the flavor.

Cheran Bodry: I love this almond flour- it's my first that I have tried, but it's a great substitution for regular flour. It has worked well in muffins, cookies, and cornbread. It is a little expensive, compared to wheat flour, but I think it's worth it. I also love that it's a direct substitution in terms of portion for other flours.

LaShawn Neal: It baked perfectly it's not pure almond flour it's a blended flour but I love the texture and didn't have any issues with it in any of my recipes I would purchase it again.
