D. Andrews: I wanted an inexpensive hard shell case to store an inexpensive budget guitar and found this Glarry. The appearance is okay, the latches are meh, the top is more flexible than expected, the inner lining/padding is so-so. For my purpose this case is fine but if you are a gigging musician, look for something more durable.

terryterry: For the $70 you get a nice sturdy well built hard case that will protect your guitar. Maybe, this case is not as good as an official Fender Tweed that costs twice as much, but cost is a factor here. This is my 2nd case and since I don't gig out, I can't attest how these cases would hold up gigging. I store all my guitars in hard cases and this case is perfect for that. Attractive with a nice interior. The guitar in the picture is a standard 39" long by 12" across the body and it fits perfectly. I can leave the guitar strap on and the trem on the guitar and the case closes with no problems. Hard cases keep going up in price, so I would recommend getting this one now.

JRF2008: The item came completely undamaged, which is surprising considering it was in a large thin foam-lined manila envelope type of thing. Fits my 2018 MIM Standard Telecaster, somewhat tight on the width of the body, and plenty of room for length, but when in the case, only 0.5" of movement top to bottom of the case (so i don't feel like the headstock or tail end strap button will be at risk of smashing back and forth). The latches feel OK. I have to deliberately close the lid at one of the latches because the case is somewhat flimsy. Not flimsy like it isn't wood, but flimsy like it is thin wood. I had read this previously and expected worse. The lining is soft and adequate. I feel like i could modify it to put more foam underneath the lining in certain places. It is definitely trying to accommodate multiple body shapes. Overall would not expect this to last if i was a gigging/traveling musician. But saving it from the Florida humidity, you bet. The shell lining feels OK, I may try to coat it with something though, as it is easily scratched or imprinted on. May also preemptively reinforce some glue joints on the outer lining.
