Corey Williams: I had a problem with the case being locked with the key inside upon delivery. Kevin walked me through what I should do with an outcome of sending me a new key free of charge if what he suggested didn't work. Well Kevin gave me me alternative ways to open it which avoided a return. Thanks Kevin!

Amazon Customer: I did not have very high hopes after reading some negative reviews. Fortunately I decided to listen to some of the more sensible reviewers that had more modest expectations and gave me what I needed to know. This is a great case for storing your guitar in. It is not a TSA case and also not molded by any means, however that does not take away from it being a completely functional hardcase. I have a player series p bass and it fits good, I will reinforced a couple spots with foam but overall, it is 25 bucks cheaper than the cheapest case I ever bought from gator and tbh its better.

Jason S: The cost for a case which fits a Jazzmaster and Jaguar has always been a bit more expensive and harder to find than for a Strat or a Tele, so it was great to find one here in 2023 that still runs only $80. I doubt it is robust enough to take much rough handling in a tour van cross-country, but it's great for shuttling back and forth to practice or sliding under your couch. I have a 2022 Squier Jaguar Classic Vibe and the body BARELY fits, by which I mean I had to push down on the body hard enough to compress the inner foam by about 1/16" of an inch but now it fits like a tight glove. There's a lot of headroom at the headstock end but that's not a problem for me. The latches aren't perfectly aligned so that one is a tiny bit loose after it's closed and the other is a tiny bit tight, but that hasn't posed any functional problems. The interior cable compartment is small and I wish there was more space there, but that's also a minor quibble. For home and local use, this is the best bang for your buck anywhere (I think the next best option is about $40 more) so if you need a decent case for your Jag then go for it.

Danny: Great fit... looks good, fits my strat well.
Rear hinges seem sloppy and loose or maybe just cheaply made.
For the price I like it.

Megan: I think this is a good Case. I have an American Stat it fit great
the only thing i worry about is I have a 2000.00 guitar in it and the hardware seems a little flimsy and may not last long. there are also gaps between the lid and the base stuff can fall through when i opened the case the compartment door staples fell off I put longer staples in
if you trust it buy it I would not recommend this case if you were a traveller with your expensive instrument in side
I’am not so good to go 4 longer staples

Mike MercuryMike Mercury: As others have reported, this is an adequate case, robust enough for local car travel and storage away from the cats in the house. Less than $80 was the attraction, but you must know you will have to alter this case padding to make sure your guitar is not damaged by the case itself, depending on the bass. I put a Yamaha TRB6P (6 string) in this case. The bass fits fine with an inch to spare at the head end, but the neck support and secret storage space elevate the neck WAY too high. When the top closes, the body and headstock are depressed downward and the supports push the neck up in the middle. Essentially bowing the neck, high in the middle. BAD BAD BAD. The fix is to do this: 1. Remove the 2 screws on the front and back that are holding the storage cover. It will lift out. (This may be enough for you, gaining 3/4 inch) The 2 screws holding the neck rest come out next, but it is glued to the black fabric, so you'll have to cut with scissors at the base. Be careful not to break the styrofoam. 3. Peel the fabric back on one side of the styrofoam neck rest and using a short, sharp knife cut out a suitable amount of styrofoam to allow the neck to rest normally and the lid to not...

Low351: Sturdy case, nice handle, fast delivery. Came with a nylon guitar strap and some pick samples, unexpected and a nice touch if not expensive. It's a solid case and should protect my guitar well, it's an Ibanez GRG121EX. I was concerned that someone said that they weren't able to get a Les Paul to fit due to the angle of the head stock, the Ibanez has an angled headstock but it fits fine. I think if you have a Les Paul you'd want a contoured case anyhow.
Only 2 small things that don't make this case 5 stars and they aren't a major concern.
1) The latches don't look super durable key/lock is really only good for keeping children out, more expensive cases have brass latches.
2) the case smells of chemical process and needs some airing out when you get it but after a few hours it's only a faint memory...

Colella F.: Guitar fits perfectly plus a small amp and other goodies. Great hard case, doesn't feel like anything normal would be able to damage the cargo
