Jason: We had ordered a different pot and burner prior to this one. When it arrived, all we got was the pot and lid, in a box literally by itself no packaging material used at all. I am surprised it wasn’t broken, cooktop was not even shipped. Getting this somewhat recovered my disappointment towards incompetent people. Works great and it was all there when it arrived.

haresh sadaharesh sada: I don’t know why my tea gets burnt all the time and it works fine on my regular cooktop. I recently started my induction cooktop but don’t know what settings and how to use. I have tried all the settings it’s cooks everything great but still burns my tea.
