Kristi Hale: The media could not be loaded. It appears to be a nice tool, however, in the leisure description it shows an on an off switch. This unit does not have one. The are a lot of tips with cool patterns. I am looking forward to using it.

Gigi@JoliaJamesDesigns: I really like having so many tips and the practice wood pieces. It takes getting used to since one’s hand grip is a few inches from the tip. It’s like holding a pencil halfway up rather than closer to the tip. As a beginner, tjat is something I have to get used to, but I like this tool and the many heat levels. I wish it included a guide of heat suggestions for different types of wood. Love the case too!

BruceBruce: The burner is nice, warms up quickly. The handle will get a bit warm at hotter temps but that's to be expected. My biggest gripe is that there's no off button if you wanted to leave it plugged in but not hot.
Satisfied on the whole, used it to burn a sign for my front yard mango tree.

Rick M.Rick M.: Contrary to many of the complaints I read before buying this, mine came on time, was very well packaged and it works quite well. I have no complaints at all and if your a seasoned hand soldering or burning I would highly recommend this item. For the complainers I'd say..... Don't burn your fingers! Above all else, my wife is happy and that means dinner won't be burned! Just kidding. Oh, I only give the best 4 stars to me 5 would be perfect and nobody is perfect!
