Michelle Labbe: I love my new garden cart. I bought this because I recently had an accident that has left my left knee slightly compromised. I just can't bend it to the extent I was able to before the accident. I have another small plastic gardeners cart that I used last year, but it sits much too close to the ground for me now. I am 52 and am not a small lass anymore. The tractor style seat is awesome! Very comfortable, and is rotates around freely so I do not have to actually move the entire cart if I want to look behind me, or pick up something that I dropped. It rolls around in my green house very easily. It is streamline enough to fit between my rows. It is easy to steer with the nob so I'm not having to get up every few feet to straighten it out. There is room enough in the basket for my water bottle, gloves and a few tools. I haven't had to use the plastic try underneath the seat, but it is nice to know it is available. The cart is very sturdy, and my son had no problem putting it together for me despite the lack of instructions. There was a parts list included. So, if you are not mechanically inclined that may be an issue to consider before purchasing it. Other than that I am very happy....

Ann Smith: I operate a small farm with no employees, and certain tasks are becoming more difficult as the years go by. I'm a middle aged female weighing about 140 lbs. Stooping over (killing my lower back) or kneeling (killing my knees) weren't good options. So I began researching mobile garden seats in the hopes of staying out of the ibuprofen bottle. This particular seat became the clear choice because of the rugged metal construction and real tires; plastic seats that can degrade with UV exposure aren't an option for the kind of work I do. I was specifically looking for a seat that would aid in the following tasks: weeding, picking low growing row crop vegetables like bush beans and shell peas, and seed sowing. We are a partially mechanized farm and use tractors and implements for the big work of field prep and making beds, but there is no getting away from a certain amount of manual labor that involves working close to ground level.
Amazon offered the product for the best price, so I ordered it using my Prime membership. It arrived promptly. I realized when I first moved the box that my seat was not going to be a lightweight. And when I opened it, an exceedingly strong chemical smell...

Rich, a disabled Veteran: I've had this one month and waited until I used it once to make a really accurate representation of this machine.
Before I ordered this, I had not done any gardening in ten years because I am very disabled and would have to carry a chair out and back. I discovered a model similar to this while doing a service project with two Veterans organizations. I used that one to do some clearing in a garden and it worked very well.
When I got home, I started shopping. Reading reviews was a big part of that, there are models that don't steer, models that have a wagon like pull handle which would be good for someone who doesn't need to move much when they are sitting, but need to move often, that handle is really good for them.
Since I have to use both hands when I'm trying to walk, I needed to be able to steer, and I didn't want the long handle that would get stuck in the ground and would also be very hard to steer,
The one feature for this model is the short handle that lets me steer, and I move by kicking with my legs (I can't hardly walk, but my legs are strong) and if I am going uphill, I'll turn one ore two wheels by hand to give me more ability to move around. If someone...
