Priscilla Delgado: I like the shower set, but the adjustable bar that holds the 2nd shower head doesn't stay up on different heights. So technically this isn't "adjustable" which is why I purchased this specific set for the bar and the 2nd shower head being adjustable. It seems like it came defected. Also when you place the removable shower head in the holder it gets stuck and you have to yank it out if you put it too far down.

Shopper1Shopper1: The media could not be loaded. Had to completely rebuild a bathroom which is a very expensive undertaking . I compared many shower fixtures , and some of them were in the thousands . I read the reviews on this particular make and decided to order based on the fact that their fixtures are beautifully made , finished and look . I am delighted . My contractor who installed was very impressed with the weight and quality of the components . I love the color ! We had some questions during the install due to my irregular bathroom walls ( not their product, ) and their customer service was extremely responsive snd helpful . They even shipped me an extra piece to match the existing hardware .
I am extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend this fixture . They guarantee their quality components . A very good buy .

I reached out to the email address that was on the box of the product. They ended up responding back to me and immediately sent a new faceplate. I think this may have been a known issue, but regardless, we were able to make it work with the new faceplate and I really do enjoy showers in my new bathroom. The rain water is so relaxing and the handheld works great.
On the surface this looks really nice. However, on the very last part of the install, our contractor showed us that the faceplate cover for the shower handle does not align with the measurements on the inside. He cut the tile to the exact measurements of the inside pieces and when placing the faceplate, it was off skew. There is a large gap. Why don't they make the piece to match the measurements inside? I've emailed the company email address on the packaging. Hopefully they have new faceplates they can send. But I wish I had read more reviews and noticed that this isn't the quality product I was hoping for.
