Stephen: This backpack was my constant sidekick on a 3-day trip to Walt Disney World, and did the job spectacularly. Just small enough to be able to carry on rides, but large enough to hold a decent sized water bottle, charger and other carry items. I like that you can also wear it across your chest if you like. The only thing I wish I had considered is that it can be a tiring to have to wear constantly on one shoulder. Even if you switch shoulders, it seems to be more fatiguing than a backpack with two straps (and caused me some muscle aches after a few long days lugging items around in it). But, if you like to walk fairly light, and don't plan to haul it around for hours on end, it's actually almost perfect. And it has a million useful compartments for every conceivable need.

M: This is a great little bag for day trips and similar adventures.

I've loaded it up with all kinds of things, from beverages to candy to hiking and photography gear.

It has plenty of room and accommodates everything just fine.

If you are looking to keep things away from your neckline for any reason, keep in mind that the phone case can ride pretty high, and fairly close to the neck, depending on your sizing and the adjustment of the strap.

Overall it works great and I recommend it.

Amazon Customer: Purchased this with the intention to use it as a diaper bag. Obviously, if you're not into compact diaper bags, this may not be for you. It's actually larger than anticipated. It's excellent for everyday use or quick trips or just when you don't necessarily need to pack 4,000 things for your babe. I like to save my leather diaper bag for longer trips and "fancier" outings. For me, more is less and I love this bag. I can pack all the essentials from formula, 2 bottles, changing pad, 5+diapers, and wipes and still have room for more like toys, pacifier, extra outfit, burp cloth, etc. Basically, there's plenty of room to be a little extra or to keep it basic. Bonus points, it wipes off well 👌

linlu: I bought a smaller bag at a travel station. It was perfect for traveling. It fit just enough but not my entire purse. When I returned home, my kid needed a bag for school, so I gave them that smaller bag. I had to find something to replace it. I was tired of carrying around my clunky purse. I also still had to carry that purse around even when I was using the smaller bag. I found this not only provided the form factor I wanted, but it managed to carry just about everything in my purse.

The not so good.
The front two zipper pockets have to be accessed by unclipping the buckle. If you're like me and forget to clip it back up (and not zip up a pocket) you could end up losing items. The side mesh pocket doesn't work for me. It's too small for my water bottles and too big for glass cases not to slip out.
It needs some more loops so I can attach split rings and clip items to them. I had to rig up a mount that I expect to fail at some point. That is why it is four stars.

The good.
It fits just about everything I want to fit. I did have to add a split ring or two to the outside to clip on my phone case, but I was already doing that with my old purse.

T. Lucas: I ordered this bag for a few different reasons and it more than met all expectations.
1) I needed a cross body bag that would not get in the way, would allow easy access when my hands are already full and would sit comfortably on my body. This bag met all of those needs.
2) I needed a bag that would stand up to my hiking which I do alot of in the Rocky Mountains near my home. It has met those needs.
3) I needed a bag with organization, that would hold a good bit AND slide to my side to remain on my body for rides at Disney World. I just returned from my week long trip there and it did wonderfully.
*The only disappointment I have is that many reviewed it as water proof and it is not. It does okay in a light rain but we were stormed on twice and everything in my bag was wet. Heavy rain will soak through. Not a big deal or deal breaker. Just be aware of this.
This bag passes all of my needs with such high marks that I ordered a 2nd one for my 20 yr old daughter. She also loves it and gets great reliable use out of it.

Don Mackay: Easy to switch the bag from back to chest in crowded areas and then use rf pocket for phone and wallet, which is safe between the back of the bag and your chest.

Panthera Tigris: I bought this for my brother, as I have one too but in a different colour. It's a brilliant bag and it's actually very roomy. You are able to get quite a bit in this bag and I like the fact that there is even a hidden pocket to put stuff into as well as space for a bottle and umbrella. All in all I would definitely recommend.
