AJones: This was a little difficult for our contractor to install during our remodel. I really like the style of this and the pressure from the shower head and the handheld piece. There appears to be a hot water restriction that I cannot adjust. It’s hot but sometimes I’d like it hotter. Emailed customer service and they instructed me to disassemble, remove cartridge then open up hot water intake more while restricting cold water. We did that and it did not help so we will use as is. I’d give it a 7/10.

Brandon Duggan: The media could not be loaded.  Easy install. Was very happy right up to the
point I turned it on and got a trickle out. No problem, I will take out the flow restrictors. Removed them and still very little water flow. Double checked water stops on side of assembly. They are fully open. My house has 55psi throughout and the faucet that was replaced had good water flow.
I have tried to send email to the address provided. It came back as undeliverable. I will try another to route and update this review if they company responds
UPDATE
I was able to make contact with company. They were very receptive and gave me advice to clear cartridge. I tried it and it didn’t work. They immediately sent out a replacement cartridge. Received it in three days. After install I realized I made a mistake. I only had cold water supplying valve. New water heater had not been installed yet.
As soon as I hooked up water heater, shower was fully functional. I may have to put water restrictors back in…

J.Kelley: The product worked as described and was a little better quality than some other black finished shower heads we purchased also on Amazon. The valve was identified correctly (we purchased two other systems off Amazon and both had mislabeled valve assemblies). The cold water shut off was stuck for some reason so we had to close and open it back up and then it flowed fine. The pressure is pretty good and the system is great for the cost. The down side is that the finish easily comes off. We taped our channel locks and used a towel when tightening the fixtures and still had large amount of finish come off. A matte metal paint touch up was required.

We also received a kit with out a cover for the shower head, the small black square. Even though we ordered about 3 months before we noticed this missing piece, the company quickly responded and shipped us a replacement part. It was surprisingly fast and effective so I want to say if you run into issues, i think they will be helpful.
