Folds up nicely but isn't quite flat enough to fit under a bed or couch. I wouldn't recommend for runners. It's small and doesn't have alot of extras but is very good for anyone who's looking to get some extra steps in.

I thought I bought new but it was apparent it was used. Ripped open parts bags inside, styrofoam loose in box. It was easy to set up but every time I moved it I kept hearing something loose inside. I finally took the cover off the motor (when it didn't turn on after the 2nd use I wanted to check for the problem). I did find a larger washer loose inside the motor compartment. Couldn't find where it goes so I took it out and kept it.
Checked all the wires, and it appears to be fine. It works now, a little squeaky but it comes with oil. I think its a good product, I'm glad I bought it despite the little problem at first. It has safety clip that does work (don't accidently pull it off the machine while in use). This is a nice, little treadmill, I'm glad I bought it.

This is a great treadmill if you are looking for something small & basic. It's good for walking & light jogging. It was easy to assemble, although it took me some time to figure out how to attach the tablet holder. You need to kind of hook it in. Not too hard to fold and put away. We have ours stored upright in the closet. I think it would be harder to store it under something, but I'm not sure.
Only problem for me is I didn't realize before I bought it that I get dizzy on treadmills... I've had vertigo problems in the past so shouldn't be too surprising. My kids like using it though so we're going to keep it anyway.

In January, 2022 I purchased a FYC Treadmill using the Amazon app to do so. It was my first treadmill. Shortly after I started using it, I had questions about a specific feature of the treadmill. I emailed Amazon to ask questions but, I was told that I needed to speak directly to someone at FYC, because they were a third-party vendor. But that they would contact FYC to let them know that they needed to contact me. The Amazon representative stated that FYC should contact me within 24-48 hours to respond to my questions. That is exactly what happened! I had several questions and a couple of request. Subsequently, after our first email’s, I initiated several more over a period of 3-4 days. In every single case I received a response within 24 hours. FYC’s response time gives a whole new meaning to “customer service” and “customer satisfaction”! I am satisfied!
