Kimberly Unger: I used the massager for about two months and it worked great to rehab a foot problem that I had been having for about 6-7 months. Then it just stopped working. It would not charge and it would not turn on. I contacted customer service and received an initial reply but that is the only response that I received. The product has tons of reviews and 99% are good but my experience has left me with rehab that is incomplete making it hard to walk at times, no product and no refund. The massager has a one year warranty and it doesn't seem to me that they honor that. I would have thought they would at least replace the product since I only had it for two and a half months, but that didn't happen either. I'm really disappointed at this point.

KB: I have a name brand percussion massager that cost $300+ and I thought it was amazing. And then I found this. I’m an ultra runner. I train hard and don’t have time for days to recover between workouts. At just under $100, this is by far the best value and an amazing product. I love the multiple massage attachments and variable speeds. The fork attachment is perfect for my neck, while the ball is great for my low back and shoulders. The battery life on this thing is unmatched. I bought this is in August 2022. I fully charged it when I bought it and only ONE other time. The battery just now died on me (Oct. 2023) and recharged within an hour or two. I’m amazed by this thing and can’t recommend it enough. Forget the pricey name brand endorsed products. This percussion massager is the only recovery tool you need.

Dom: Power: 9/10. The massager provides evenly distributed, repeated impact over the targeted area. I've really pushed the head into deep tissue and it's able to withstand quite a bit of force before ceasing oscillation (which resolves if you pull back a little bit). Considering that it does the work for you for the most part, I'd say that it's pretty powerful.
Battery: 10/10. We use this constantly and the battery lasts quite a while. I probably charge it 1x a week- maybe 2 if I'm sharing it with another person after workouts. The charger plugs into the bottom of the device.
Pulsation/Vibration: 10/10. The speed at baseline (level 1) is reasonable. It can be steadily increased to levels that I can't really say that I use because I tend to stay between 1-4. But if you prefer to turn the speed up, you have that as an option.
Controls: 9/10. There is a touchscreen with 3 buttons (+, power on/off, -) and a digital indicator screen above that reads the battery level and the vibration speed. Very intuitive and easy to use. I have other massagers but I get frustrated with the cords and I don’t feel like they are easy to use. I had seen massage guns advertised so I wanted to try one for a long time. Originally, I had ordered another cheaper massage gun and was disappointed by it’s cheap feel and rattling parts. I ended up throwing it out. Since I still wanted a massage gun I decided to try again and went ahead and order this one. I am so glad that I did. This gun was every thing that I expected and more.
The gun is solidly built. The body of the gun is well balanced and has rubberized feel that makes it slip resistant. The handle has a slight padded feel and is sized so that it isn’t too big or too small, which makes the gun feel natural in the hand. The handle is also home to the power ring that lights up green when the guns is charged and turns red when the gun needs to charging.
