Miriam: No quita tanto pelo como anuncia pero para el masajito sirve bien, a uno de mis perros le encanta. Al perro de cabello largo (así es, cabello, no pelo) creo que le jala un poco y no le gusta.

Debbie Telemeco Anders: I love the terminator. The grip is comfortable and it works great. The only thing is the hair will fall out of the device and you will be covered in air. You need a lap towel or brush your fur baby outside.

Amazon Customer: Have a short haired shedder of a dog, tried one of those ones that look like lice combs and was not pulling hardly any hair off. This one works, only complaint it doesn't catch the hair so have to do somewhere with easy cleanup. But the shedding hair comes off. And he gets so excited to use it it's hard to get him to sit still. Even with him moving around I get a good amount off. It's about the size of a computer mouse and fits in my hand just fine, I have smaller hands though. Overall, easy to use, easy to clean, works, dog loves it, am happy with it.

Raenorshyne7:): I’ve bought a few dog brushes for my dogs who both have short hair coats, but was never successful, until I looked online for awhile. Even on my Pitbull mix which no brush has ever been able to successfully brush any hair off/shedding until now. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have a dog who also has short hair coats and have bought other brushes which haven’t worked.

Jacqueline: The brush is so tiny. I can barley fit three fingers under the strap to hold/grip. The surface area is very small but to be fare I am brushing a Great Dane. It’s a super brush but for a larger dog probably not the most efficient.

lepoul: I have been looking for a grooming tool for my recently-adopted APBT. He has super short hair with no undercoat. I have the original FURminator that I used on my Labrador Retriever that worked great on his thick coat, but it's too harsh to use on an APBT - like raking metal across skin - and it's just not really effective. I tried the glove with the rubber dogs all over it. Again, worked great on my Labrador, but wasn't really effective on my APBT. I saw this during Prime Days, and there was a review where a lady showed a photo of her Boxer/Pitbull mix with the curry comb beside him full of hair. I said, "HA! That's exactly what I'm looking for!" and ordered it. Well, I guess her Boxer/Pitbull mix must have a more dense coat than my dog, because it wasn't collecting hair in it like in her photo. It works, though! I still use it to brush my APBT, and it definitely gets the loose hairs off. But it does not collect the hair in the tool, so I have to do it outside so that the loose hair will just fall off on the ground. It does make his coat silky soft. I am a 5'10" woman with large hands for a woman (long fingers). I did not find holding it with my fingers under the strap to be...

DomDom: Really works! Not harsh on the skin. For short haired dogs, you can really work the hair off without worrying about damaging their skin in some way because it’s just rubber. He treats it like a massage :)

Suzanne: It might be my mistake but I thought the brush would be a bit softer. It's a hard plastic. My dog still needs to get used to the idea. For now, he runs away when I want to brush him lol.

TrippetTrippet: 20200514: This remains my go-to brush for the porcupine dog. Her hair is like the top coat of a labrador - kind of soft, kind of stiff, and she has no undercoat. No other brush gets the hair off. I can brush her straight or I can use it like a true curry comb and go in circles - doesn't matter, the hair falls off. It works magic on my triple-coated pup, and the medium-haired cat, too. I used to use a shedding blade on both of them, but this is gentler and they tolerate it for far longer. I only wish that darn strap was adjustable. Works left or right-handed.

I think perhaps folks who are complaining aren't realizing where the hair is going. I have three dogs: Dachshund, Boxer mix, Husky / Spitz mix and feel I can give a wide spectrum review due to the disparity of coats they have.

The Boxer mix (50% Golden Retriever, 25% Boxer, 25% American Staffordshire Terrier, but her hair is nothing like a Golden (her personality is, though, woot!), more like a Lab so we'll go with Boxer): Her hair doesn't come off with a pin brush, bristle brush, or shedding blade. She has no real undercoat to speak of like a Lab would, just that coarse long top coat. Curry comb is the Only...
