Saeed HabibiSaeed Habibi: Having purchased this kettle to complement my water filter system in an effort to elevate the quality of water for my beverages, I had high expectations, especially considering the Istanbul/Turkey water system.

Unfortunately, I've consistently faced sediment buildup inside the kettle despite pre-filtering the water. This issue persists and detracts from an otherwise satisfactory performance in terms of heating and functionality. While I'm pleased with the noticeable taste improvement in the filtered water, the ongoing sediment buildup remains a significant frustration. It raises doubts about the filter system's efficacy in removing sediments. Interestingly, using mineral water doesn't result in sediment buildup, which makes me question if this is an issue inherent to the filter system or the kettle itself. For those encountering similar sediment concerns, this might be an important consideration. Despite the taste improvement, the persistent sediment issue in the kettle is disappointing and affects the overall experience negatively.

Michael P.: I was looking for a water filter that didn't need a separate faucet since that would be difficult to install with our countertops. As I researched I also became aware of the NSF/ANSI 53 certification, and since we live in an area where PFAS are a concern, I also wanted a filter that carried that certification.

This water filter met my criteria and was very easy to install. It just takes installing the mounting bracket and then inserting the filter into the water line. The included hardware and hoses feel very high quality. I also like that filter changes on this product replace just the inner media, so there's no throwing out a big hunk of plastic on each change as with the filter in our refrigerator.

We are on a municipal water system and the supplied water drawn from wells is perfectly drinkable, but is relatively hard and has some taste issues. The filter definitely improves the taste of our water making it pretty much neutral, which I think is how water should taste. I think there might be a very slight reduction in water flow with the filter in place, although it's small enough that I'm not really sure. I liked it enough that I bought a second one for another...

Alan S: I use a similar filter system in my motorhome & decided to purchase & install a domestic under-sink version on the cold water tap in the kitchen. Installation was straightforward and after flushing water through for 3 minutes the result was impressive. The water tasted fresh. I conducted a blind tested on my partner & she agreed the taste had improved.

MartialMartial: Lors de l'installation visser modérément les entrées sorties si ça goutte resserer un peu, de même pour la cartouche et lors du chagement si ça goute deverrouiler et reverrouiler, il est aussi recommender de mettre à l'arrivée d'eau un réducteur de pression à 3 bars (même si dans la doc le produit est garanti à 5,5 bars).
Sur la photo j'ai mis un récipient de reception d'eau au cas ou par sécurité mais depuis le 1er resserage léger pas de fuite.

Justin SayneJustin Sayne: It was a very intuitive install. I glanced over the install instructions but didn't really need them. Only difficulty I had was due to tight space otherwise it was a snap. After installation I ran it for 8 minutes, checking for leaks and activating the charcoal and flushing the unit. No problems at all. The question is- How well is it working? I taste a difference in the water but can not tell what the purity of the filtered water is without a water test. But at this point it looks to be definitely doing some good. B-T-W - I have city water, not well water.

Ishmael: Decided to buy filter for kitchen sink. Bought this filter because of the brass fittings, not trusting plastic fittings. Very pleased with the filter. It was extremely easy to install. Filter came with all the fittings needed for installation, however my pipes are 1/2" and fittings on filter are 3/8". Instead of using the adapters furnished I went to local hardware store, spent $6 and purchased a hose with 3/8" on one end and 1/2" on the other end. Stick on template made installing mounting screws simple. Now the important part! I have always thought my water tasted good compared to surrounding areas but after installing the filter the difference is noticeable. The water now has a smoother taste than before. I equate this taste to bottled water at a fraction of the cost. I highly recommend this filter.

Young: I highly recommend this water purifier system. It has consistently provided me with clean and safe drinking water. The technical support team deserves special praise for their prompt and thorough assistance.

I purchased the water purifier system two years ago and initially used it at my previous residence. When I moved to my new home in North London, I took the system with me.

Upon connecting it in my new home, I noticed white particles in the filtered water (caused by my old taps!). I reached out to the support team, initially suspecting a system issue. However, further investigation revealed that the problem originated from the old water tap, likely due to limescale buildup before my move.

Replacing the water tap immediately resolved the issue, confirming that it was unrelated to the water purifying system. Both the replacement product from the support team and my original one continue to function excellently.

Martin Vosseler: Die Monatge war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erledigt. Jedoch hatte ich ein Leck im Gehäuse-Dichtring. Ersatzteile waren in weniger als 4 Tagen angeliefert und ausgetauscht. Das Wasser schmeckt uns sehr gut.
Ich kann jedoch nicht sagen, ob es besser ist als vorher. Ich kann nur sagen, dass es genauso gut bzw. besser schmeckt als das bisher gekaufte Wasser

TaylorTaylor: I've had this filter for 6+ months now and felt like it was time to put in a review. First things first, you should never trust a review from someone who just installed a consumable system like a water filter, as it will typically perform very well initially and issues arise down the line. Let's start with the good here:

It's inexpensive for the advertised flow rate - this is one of the only filters on the market that advertises over 2gpm, and it is capable of reaching that with a brand new filter. However, at least with our water source (New York City), that performance degrades SUBSTANTIALLY after a few weeks, to the point where it gets down to a trickle. Frizzlife stood behind their product and sent a second filter, but the same thing happened again within a few weeks so it seems our water's particular composition and this type of filter media don't play nicely together. I solved for this by installing a pressurized water tank in line after the filter stage, more commonly used with Reverse Osmosis systems (but works perfectly here as well) so that the first quarter gallon is full speed ahead even with the water supply shut totally off (and the tank refills as it...
