"lisaluke": I ordered these poles and had them sent to my hotel for a 50k trail race as I couldn’t bring my own. They were slightly bulkier than my trail poles but they did the job excellently and are excellent value for money. I definitely would recommend them.

Sioux: I like the look, weight, appearance , the ease of use . I actually was using a cane for a recent injury but the cane was so short and my PT recommended this instead for for stability and less stress on my shoulder . I love this walking stick. I now use it when I go for a walk .

Private: We are mid-50s, good shape, and hike in RMNP. After several years of hiking RMNP without trekking poles, we bought these (his and her lengths) and used them extensively in June 2023 in RMNP. We carefully followed the instructions on how to assemble and disassemble them and had zero issues. We appreciated we could collapse these and put in our backpacks while on the trails as certain sections required no pole use. While in use, we never experienced any concern with them collapsing or breaking. We used them per instructions and as designed, and they delivered on functionality. We have zero complaints or concerns after this recent hike. Still today, we comment to each other how trekking poles made our hikes easier, less body stress, much improved stability and significantly reduced jarring especially when coming back down quickly. Overall, very happy with them.

wiley: I actually have no issues with the functionality or performance of the poles themselves, it's what happens if you break a part. On a hike I slipped and over torqued one of the poles and broke it on the bottom section. It happens. I cant blame the manufacturer for that. I contacted them twice now over two years to buy a replacement pole section and I've been rebuffed pushing me to a warranty claim through the original seller because I bought off amazon.ca. Even though I have a brochure that came with the product that states "Parts are available from us so you can keep your poles working like new without spending a fortune. Please email us and we will be happy to assist you!"

My correspondence with the company that included a picture of that brochure basically was a response saying they "were sorry I recieved that confusing manual, there must be a mistake."

The product was fine, dealing with this company outside of the US I assume is probably painful.
