Sweet T: The media could not be loaded. These fall apart just from lifting off the ground. I'm disabled and need something sturdy but am on a very tight budget. I should've spent more for something that holds together when I'm walking. I got these to help with my balance because I can't use a cane or walker. But if it comes apart like this, I'll get hurt. I'll have to send them back.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: The poles are pretty good especially for the price. Returning because I noticed a crack in the ring near the locking button after the first use. The ring is made of plastic instead of metal like other brands. Otherwise not bad at all.

Diane: It did not work from the day I received it. The top section closes but every other joint doesn't. Several people have tried it but no one has been able to get the joints to stay closed.

These poles look very good, but one design flaw is so bad that it makes these poles unusable. Instead of a proper elastic shock cord, there is a some rope inside that does not hold the pieces together and so as soon as it is assembled they sections just fall apart.
I am guessing someone screwed up and put the rope inside instead of shock cords and now they are just trying to sell these to unsuspecting customers to get some money back on their poor decision.
