Sandra K.: Fits handily on shelf in door of fridge. Has room for several bunches of herbs and keeps them in the water without spilling, that’s nice too. It’s a good product overall, seems sturdy and hope to use it for years.

Dave from Coral Springs, FL: This Fodor reference on Maui is an excellent intro text to the various regions on the island, and giving a sense of resources and activities that are available. The photos are OK, but I suspect they could have done better, hence pulling back on a 5th star.

J. Chimes: There was no mention of negatives. Tours on the Island can say one thing and then take unexpected turns. The Road to Hana went down some unexpectedly rough terrain which was not scenic. Half the passengers got sea sick. Maui people are also surprisingly given to beurocratic leanings- so you better have that lunch voucher or no lunch for you. The manual talks about ready cash, but cards were accepted everywhere - even stands. Also there is no nod to walkers except dedicated hikers. The manual is for drivers. Google by itself would suffice.

mrs patricia wright: great little book ,its got all the information I need in it for a short visit to Maui, and also include Molokai and Lanai which is good value for money, good price and quite quick delivery

photofreak: Our family goes to Maui quite often. We got this book because we're going back this March and thought it might give us some new ideas on things we can do. I was surprised to see that there are still many places we have yet to visit. I've even made a list (based on the book) of which mile markers I want to stop and explore on our way to Hana, a trip we've done before but seemed to have missed a few key sights. I'm also glad to see that our favourite shops and restaurants are in the book already, and there are some that I didn't know about that we will try out this trip. I think this is a great book for anyone going to Maui for the first time, but also for those of you who have been a few times and are looking for something new to try. The only thing that could improve the book, are a few more pictures. Oh, and it comes with a map of Maui, Molokai and Lanai. Enjoy your trip!
