Ernesto Salcedo: Me gusto mucho este acuario, facil de instalar y el tamano esta bien, 5 galones, aunque hubiera preferido comprar el siguiente mas grande. Lo tengo con peces de agua dulce, tengo 6 peces chicos y queria tener dos peces angel pero necesito un acuario mas grande para los angel. Recomendable.

Stärken:
geschickter Aufbau mit dem Filterbereich wo zusätzlich auch ein kleiner Heizstab hineinpasst, gute Filterleistung, insgesamt gute Verarbeitung, sehr gutes Licht
Schwächen:
Einsetzen und Herausnehmen der kleinen Tauchwasserpumpe ist sehr fummelig. Filter ist (wegen breiter Schlitze) nicht sicher ggü. kleinen Garnelen. Die Abdeckung hat eine insgesamt schlechte Passform, Licht nicht steuer- oder dimmbar

Der große Vorteil des 21L-Nanos ist der unauffällige Filterbereich, der das eigentliche Becken frei von irgendwelchen Gerätschaften hält. Die Filterleistung ist gut - ich habe das Säckchen mit Aktivkohle gegen Filterwatte ausgetauscht. Das Wasser ist immer sehr klar und auch von den Wasserwerten war der NO2-Peak nach rd. 3 Wochen durch. Aktuell läuft das Nano sogar sehr stabil, selbst eine schmale Gurkenscheibe o.ä. reißt auch am 2-3. Tag nicht die Werte.
Wenn nicht diese Fummelei mit der kleinen Tauchpumpe wäre. Diese ist in einem Bereich des "Rucksacks" untergebracht, in den man mit der Hand nicht mehr hineinkommt. die Pumpe muss man am Kabel haltend versenken und mit einem Holzstiel...

Charlotte D.Charlotte D.: Cet aquarium nano de 20 litres est livré avec tout le nécessaire pour démarrer l'aquariophilie :
- une rampe LED en métal à interrupteur tactile avec trois positions, jour nuit et éteint (le mode nuit à LED bleues n'est pas vraiment utile à mon avis)
- une partie filtration en mousse avec deux compartiments : un pour les nouilles céramiques, et un pour le charbon actif (les deux sont fournis, il faudra remplacer le charbon sous 3 semaines), et une pompe avec 3 positions avec le rejet vers la vitre arrière, inclinable.
- un compartiment pour le chauffage (j'y ai mis un Tetra HT25 qui rentre parfaitement)
- une grande cuve rectangle parfaite pour voir ses petits habitants se promener (mieux pour eux aussi qu'un nano cubique puisque ça leur donne une plus grande largeur de nage) avec un support en plastique solide et des angles renforcés en métal.
- un couvercle en plastique avec une ouverture de la taille de la rampe LED.

Je l'ai en place depuis un mois, j'en suis très contente : l'entretien est minimal, tout fonctionne bien, il n'est pas trop gros. Côté vivant, j''y ai mis 4 espèces de plantes et un Betta Splendens et deux...

KodaKoda: Received my Spec III this morning. First, let me say that I was more than pleasantly surprised to find that these are now shipping with a new and brighter 7000K LED light. This is huge! I bought the Spec III with the understanding that the stock light it was shipping with is not bright enough to grow two of the plants SubstrateSource Staurogyne repens "Low Grow" Potted Live Aquatic Freshwater Aquarium Plant and SubstrateSource Hemianthus callitrichoides "Dwarf Baby Tears" Live Aquatic Aquarium Plant I have on order, and have been researching aftermarket nano aquarium LED lights for a week. However, I like the sleek look of the stock LED light, and found nothing aftermarket that looked good or performed reliably. I am EXTREMELY concerned with both aesthetics and functionality.

I had resigned myself to leaving the stock light on and buying a tall swing arm desk lamp and a CFL grow bulb and directing the light down into the aquarium. The aquarium is going on my desk at work, so this wouldn't have looked bad. However, I no longer have to do this as the new LED is the correct color temperature (7000K) and claims to be high-output. Wendy GrimesWendy Grimes: I bought this tank to house dwarf shrimp and micro-crabs. This tank is perfect for micro/nano environments. Do not house fish that produce large amounts of waste.

6 inches front to back glass, 7 1/2 inches for the base front to back. 11 1/2 inches bottom with base to top of lid, about 13 1/2 top of light bar. 19 1/2 inches from side to side glass. 20 1/2 inches side to side base. The glass side to side measure may be off 1/2 inch because there are metal sleeves over each corner, looks to be the same material as the light bar. The sleeves are capped with small plastic clips that also have the grooves for the lid pegs.

I actually like the metal sleeves on the corners, I have never been a huge fan of looking at silicone joints.
The base is slightly tapered so I measured the widest points at the very bottom.
I did not try to take the base off because I liked it, but it looks like it can be removed if you are very careful.
The silicone work was beautiful. very clean, no smearing. It looks like machine silicone work, very precise.

The pump is very small, but powerful enough to move water in the entire tank with a decent current. The pump itself fits easily...
