This is a great product that produces a fast and tasty pizza crust. You don't need to dissolve this yeast in water, just add it to your flour, salt, and sugar mix and blend well before adding the oil and water. It doesn't need any rise time. One tip however: make sure the water is between 120 and 130 degrees Fahrenheit! Otherwise your crust won't turn out right!
