Rease: I think they’re genuine Fiskar products (we truly hope so because they will be a Christmas Gift for a young man).
They arrived in separate boxes.
The small axe came well packaged.
However, the long axe was alone in a long flimsy box with NO PAPER nor any other packaging to secure it.
Thus, the box was falling apart upon arrival because the heavy axe had been tossed all around & about and had beaten up the box since it had no packaging to hold it in place.
Because it is an axe that can take a beating, I won’t concern myself with commenting further.
Overall, what a great gift.

Zug: Able to split med size rounds without issue. Nice edge and weight. Hopefully the neck issue will not arise. I can see it being an issue if you have a bad miss. So far so good, will update after more use.

troy: I split with axes instead of mauls and this thing is amazing. Also if you wanted to fell a tree this would be the one. I love this axe so mutch i bought another one to stash away just incase i every lose my current one.
