Amazon MikeAmazon Mike: Very solid product. Installation went very smooth for me. I installed it alone but a helper would definitely be better. This liner came with everything you need to get your wood stove up and running. Customer service is great, I had a shipping mishap “no fault of the seller” and Fireside Chimney answered my call and helped remedy the issue in a timely manner. If you need a product Fireside sells get it from them. I would use them over and over.

MountainHawk: Easy to install, takes two people for sure. Single story house used 13 feet. Cut off two feet. Glad I don't order the 30 foot kit. This kit has all you need. I used some furnace cement for my connection at the stove and high temp silicone for the top. Saved some serious cash doing it my self! Hardest part was cutting out the flue in my chimney and knocking out some internal bricks to snake the pipe through.

Greg G.: The stainless steel chimney liner kit arrived a week ahead of schedule, which was awesome. I unpacked it and found it to be quite stiff--you'll need 2 people to straighten it out prior to getting it into your chimney or chase. Installation is best left to someone with prior experience--the pipe's pretty inflexible and it was difficult getting a couple of bends put in on the bottom end to accommodate my old chimney's design. But...once I had it in place and connected to my woodstove, it worked great. Previously the stove's exhaust just dumped into the cold chamber above the fireplace and it would barely draw. Now it cranks---easy to start the fire, and the woodstove produces more heat for the wood that's burned.

Thomas Smith: I installed this liner before last winter. It was lost during shipping "no fault of the seller", when I contacted the seller he was great!! I could tell he really felt bad I had not gotten it. He was about to send another one when it finally showed up. Delivery service delivered it to the wrong house. The insert is very nice quality and not hard to wrap with the insulation kit if you follow the directions. I would recommend having someone help when you wrap the pipe. It comes coiled up obviously and it was hard to straighten. I found a way to straighten it that made it very easy. I made about 6 wooden stakes and staggered them in a line across my yard. Start on one end and bend the pipe around the staggered stakes. Works great. This liner fixed my draft problems with my woodstove. It allowed me to burn less wood as well. Great Product. And awesome customer service.
