Hello TL Swan fans. Not only did we get this story one day earlier than expected but we get one very sexy taboo tale of I-just-can't-stop-myself-from-loving-you-because-our-attraction-is-too-strong-for-us-or-the-world-to-stop-us!!!!! Tee had me hooked on this story when she introduced their storyline in 'The Italian' in October of 2019, and it did not disappoint. I look forward to the next book and the next book and the next book after that by TL Swan.

Dual POV. Taboo, maf¡a, drug deal¡ng, family drama, betrayal, secrets, lies, several smart twists, and a very satisfying HEA. I highly recommend reading 'The Italian' by TL Swan first but this book can be read as a standalone. Happy reading. JP

Kindle Customer: You just can't help fall in love with Guiliano and Francesca! Even in their world of crime they fell into a deep and lasting love. But oh wow...their love was so complicated from the start. Characters were not who they thought they were and other "bad seeds" infiltrated the organization. Try as many did to keep them apart they couldn't and wouldn't budge.

This was a complicated a d violent crime story but very satisfying.

LndStr: I must say that after reading the Italian, I was looking for more about Enrico and Olivia but enjoyed reading the next generation of Ferrara's to see how things were going to play out.

I may have missed seeing some other reviews about the two books, but I was surprised how no one was caught up on the whole incest storyline as they were with the Stanton series.

Since my sister turned me onto Ms. TL Swann, I had to check with her to see if she remembered the storylines from both books. If you happen to see my notes during the second book, you will note how pissed I was getting with what I believed were inconsistencies in the second book. Will try not to do any spoilers for other newcomers to the Swann fan club.

So I was lost and obviously missed the fact that it was picking up ten years later. Still couldn't figure out why no one in the book were elaborating on the distinction between Guiliano and Enrico and their father. Agree with some of the reviews that I did read after completing both books, I had to agree to a certain degree about Princess Francesca and how she really didn't give a shit about the incest, she wanted her man!
