michael: Someone wrote on here they got 8 percent alcohol in just 12 hours.I made 3 jugs.2 1 gal sugar wash and one gal apple juice.Followed the directions EXACTLY and placed them on top of hot water heater next to the hot pipe.He was NOT lying.I have about 9 to 10 percent in JUST 12 HOURS.Might even be higher.I took a swig and it burnt going down.Im already getting a buzz.Waiting another 12 hours for the other 2.Just follow directions EXACTLY and keep in warm place.I believe now 17 percent in 24 hours.I don't use airlocks,just loosen the caps a bit.Use plain 1 gal water jugs.Best way to test is put caps on tight,shake a sec and slowly release cap.When you hear air getting released keep it right there.Im loading up on this stuff.If you want to just get drunk quick and not even wait a day,this is it.Still have a half a pack for few more gallons.I just folded the top over and put in coffee can with lid to preserve the rest of yeast.BIG THING..Just keep it warm,again,like a hot water heater.
