Amazon Customer: Have most of the felco products.
As i garden professionally very happy with these products it's been 25 years worth paying for the right tools a little oil and sharpening once in a while and a rub down with jeys fluid and your away sturdy and cutting with little effort

M. Lloyd: Felco products are exceptionally good products; at the price, they should be!!! These have long handles which allow for more force and the ability to cut larger limbs. They stay sharper longer than most. Upkeep is marginal; I spray with pure silicone. “Take good care of your tools, they will take good care of you!”

bobwhitebarry: Expensive, but well worth it. I use these exclusively on fruit trees. They stay sharp and I can prune much faster than with my other loppers. Generally I prefer bypass loppers, but on fruit trees I can put the anvil in the crotch on either the left or right side and the anvil holds the blade far enough away for perfect cuts everytime. I held off buying them for a long time, because they seem overpriced. I still think they are awfully expensive, but because of how fast I can go and how precise they cut, the time savings far outways the extra cost for the loppers. I highly recommend them, especially if you make a living pruning, etc.

David Morgan: I am engraving these with my 9 year old sons name as I am certain he will be using these the rest of HIS life! I have a Felco extended handle pruner that has functioned PERFECTLY under VERY heavy use since 1989. Costco made a knock off version that looks just like Felcos-both broke within a year! These simply work super, will outlive me, and you will never have to buy another one-That is why "expensive" things can actually be the most economical...Oh, and the anger of being up on a ladder at sunset and having a tool break! NOT with Felco stuff. Pony up that upfront cost and you will be set for no only you life but for your kids lives as well-thats a deal!!!!

H. Gross: es war ein Geschenk und der Beschenkte zeigte sich sehr abgetan. Der große Test folgt allerdings erst im Frühjahr. Bisher nur beim Tannenbaum getestet und das war gut.

JWD1951: diese Astschere und jeden Euro wert. Zumal sie hier bei Amazon ca. 50,00€ günstiger ist wie im älteren Stihl-Katalog.
Ausgepackt und gleich an einem abgestorbenen Ast eines Fliederbaumes ausprobiert. An diesem Ast hatte ich mit einer Astschere von Lidl oder Aldi - ich weiß es nicht mehr, sind schon ewig in meinem Besitz- absolut keine Chance. Logo.
Ist ja auch ein unehrlicher Vergleich. Aber dieses mal wollte ich mir ein richtiges Gerät kaufen. Bei all diesen positiven Rezensionen konnte es eigentlich nur diese Felco 231 werden. Also nach diesem ersten Schnitt noch schnell ein paar andere gemacht - da waren welche mit 4 bis 5cm dabei - und ich musste von meiner Frau gebremst weden, sonst hätte ich evtl. lauter Bonsais im Garten. Wie gesagt jeden Cent wert. Nichts verwindet sich oder knirscht im Getriebe. Alles bestens. Ich kann die Felco 231 mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Wie auch die Schere Felco 7, welche ich mir einen Tag vorher hier bei Amazon bestellt hatte.
Also Amazon danke. Gestern und Vorgestern die beiden Ast und Baumscheren bestellt und jeweils einen Tag später waren sie bei mir. Besser geht es nicht.
Ps: eine Frage hätte ich noch an die...
